It wasn't the same vehicle, just posted this pic to give an idea of what i'm talking about... aysinkn the type of transport truck I saw. The tanks (or whatever they were delivering) already seemed to be delivered to Artsakh, all the trucks (roughly 6-8 back to back) were on their way back to Armenia. They had camouflaged the cargo with the type of camo you find on snipers, just much bigger obviously. The camo was still hanging behind the truck which suggests at least to me that they were hidden on their way to Artsakh.
