- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

First Deputy Defense Minister of Armenia David Tonoyan in his interview to RIA Novosti Russian news agency stated that resumption of hostilities in Nagorno Karabakh is “quite possible”.

“Under the given circumstances we consider it proper to view the situation from security perspectives, supposing that active hostilities can be launched any minute and, thus, be on stand-by, rather than just guessing whether a new war might break out in Karabakh. In this context it is important to stress another no-less important factor – the cooperation between the armies of Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh are on the highest level,” said Tonoyan.

In the same interview Tonoyan confirmed the long speculated news that an Armenian-Russian joint workshop would be operating in the region to provide technical assistance and repair armored units and anti-aircraft defense technologies, as well as a variety of Russian-production helicopters and vehicles manufactured by Uralian Auto-Motor Plant (UAZ).

He also stated that Armenia is planning to sell its domestically manufactured unmanned aircrafts as well as other military-industrial products.

“For several years now our research institutes and military-industrial entities have been developing various kinds of unmanned aircrafts, among them the most outstanding being the Krunk-25 model. All such aircrafts are successfully used for reconnaissance and information collection, and we believe that our production would be compatible in the international market,” stressed Tonoyan.

For the first time Armenia demonstrated its drones during the September 21 military parade devoted to the 20th anniversary of Armenia’s independence.
"...In the same interview Tonoyan confirmed the long speculated news that an Armenian-Russian joint workshop would be operating in the region to provide technical assistance and repair armored units and anti-aircraft defense technologies, as well as a variety of Russian-production helicopters and vehicles manufactured by Uralian Auto-Motor Plant (UAZ)...". This is great news, Armenians were already fairly good in repairing work, which is of great, great importance during a war, now it will only get better and more professional.

Armenian-made mine detected in Aghdam region of Azerbaijan

        [ 29 Sep 2011 16:38 ]
Aghdam. Teymur Zahidoglu – APA. Armenian-made PMN-57 anti-personnel mine was detected in Khachin river near Ashagi Garvand village of Azerbaijan’s Aghdam region.

APA’s Karabakh bureau reports that one more explosive device – anti-tank mine was found in that direction. The ammunitions were discovered by the local residents, who immediately informed Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Actions. The field engineers, who carried out the mine-clearance operation, said that the facts of detection of such mines occur frequently in the rivers and other water basin passing through territories occupied by Armenian armed forces. Thus, such Armenian-made plastic-coated mines are light-weight and their release via water is very advantageous. By using it, the Armenians throw the mines to the residential territories and working spaces of peaceful residents via rivers flowing from occupied territories. 27 such facts were detected during the recent years.

Russia and Armenia will create a number of joint venture for repair and maintenance of weapons
TSAMTO, September 28. Russia and Armenia will create a joint venture for repair and maintenance of armaments and military equipment, said in an interview, "RIA Novosti" Deputy Defense Minister David Tonoyan.

According to him, "the territory of Armenia is planned to create a number of service centers and joint ventures for the repair and maintenance of armaments and military equipment" - sends "RIA Novosti".

First of all, it concerns the armored vehicles, air defense systems, Russian-made helicopters, as well as fleet vehicles UAZ. Repair and maintenance of truck fleet will have created the Ministry of Defense Joint Venture "KAMAZ-Armenia" reports.

            D. Tonoyan also noted that "the debate about the introduction of several enterprises in Armenia in the Russian-Belarusian financial-industrial groups," Defense Systems ", - said," RIA Novosti ".

            HELP TSAMTO

In Soviet times Armenia functioned quite a lot of defense companies, most of which, however, did not release the final product. However, according to some estimates, the company produced in Armenia to 40% of the total release of all-Union military electronics. First of all, the production of ACS Defense ("Razdanmash"), the autonomous power supply systems for air defense systems ("Armelektromash"), and various space systems ("Galaxy"), the electronic systems of various air defense systems ("Electron"), etc.

The integration of defense of Armenia and Russia began to recover in 1996 after the defense plant of CJSC "Razdanmash" in the Russian financial-industrial group "Granite".

The biggest and largest transaction was the transfer of a number of defense enterprises of Russia in Armenia through public debt of the republic, which was estimated at $ 100 million. In July 2002, signed an intergovernmental agreement on the transfer of five Russian state-owned enterprises of Armenia, producing equipment for nuclear submarines and components for the S-300.

That should be no problem at all......hell we are all natural born crafstman/mechanics. In Los Angeles the majority of auto shops are operated by us. We can make, modify, fix anything without the required equipements.

The biggest challenge in UAV design is the Gimble assembly (The Turrett, skyball, the rotating camera system/data crunching/live ground link) which I already know we have been working on the last few years (you see them on our technical exhibitions (photoes provided by our guys on this forum).
This is why back then I was guessing that we might be up to something like a UAV eyes, but then again we also retrofit them on Tanks/armored vehicle so I couldn't know for sure, but here we are.....we did it, our first proto type UAV and it works. It can only get better and badder from here since we broke the technological ice, and to be one of the handfull of countries able to develope its own working UAV, what an acheivement.
