Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!


2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

    Չորս տարի բանտում անցկացրած ադրբեջանցի լրագրող Էյնուլա Ֆաթուլաեւը «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի լուրերի բաժնին տված հարցազրույցում անդրադարձ է կատարել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում` 1990-ականների սկզբին Խոջալուում ծավալված դեպքերին, խոսել է նաեւ Ադրբեջանի ներքաղաքական իրավիճակից։

    «Ռեալնի Ազերբայջան»-ի նախկին գլխավոր խմբագիրը 2007-ին դատապարտել էր 8.5 տարվա ազատազրկման ահաբեկչություն քարոզելու, ազգային, կրոնական թշնամանք հրահրելու, նաեւ՝ հարկերից խուսափելու մեղադրանքներով:

    Հայտնի է, որ 2007-ին Ֆաթուլաեւի դատապարտման առանցքում հենց Խոջալուի դեպքերի մասին նրա արտահայտած կարծիքն էր ընկած։ Լրագրողի դեմ դատական հայց էր ներկայացվել «Խոջալուի ողբերգության զոհերի հիշատակը վիրավորելու» համար: Ֆաթուլաեւը ինտերնետային տարբեր ֆորումներում հայտարարել էր, որ Խոջալուի բնակիչների մի մասին սպանել են հենց ադրբեջանցիները, որոնք էլ այլանդակել են զոհվածների դիակները: Նա հայտարարել է, որ ինքը ընդամենը կրկնել է Հեյդար Ալիեւի ղեկավարման օրոք իշխող կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչների տեսակետները։

    Ֆաթուլաեւը պնդում է, որ իր նկատմամբ առաջադրված բոլոր մեղադրանքները շինծու են եղել եւ կապված են իր մասնագիտական գործունեության հետ: Պատճառը, նրա խոսքով, իր ընդդիմադիր, ավելի ճիշտ իշխանության տեսակետին չհամապատասխանող հայացքներն են եղել, որոնց հետ ադրբեջանական իշխանությունը չի կարողացել հաշտվել։

    «Եթե մեղադրանքները շինծու չէին, ինչո՞ւ ջրի երես հանվեցին հրապարակումից երկու տարի անց», - հարցնում է Ֆաթուլաեւը` համոզմունք հայտնելով, որ իրեն այլախոհ լինելու համար են հասարակությունից մեկուսացրել: (Խոսքը «Ղարաբաղյան օրագրի» մասին է, որը Ֆաթուլաեւը հրապարակել է ԼՂ կատարած այցից հետո)։

    «Ռեալնի Ազերբայջան»-ի նախկին գլխավոր խմբագրին հայցվորը անվանել էր «հայկական հետախուզության ազդեցության գործակալ»: Քանի որ միջազգային հանրությունը բավական մեծ ուշադրություն է դարձրել իր կալանավորմանը, լրագրողի խոսքով, եվրոպացի տարբեր պաշտոնյաների ադրբեջանական իշխանությունը, անգամ անձամբ նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւն ասել է, որ Ֆաթուլայեւը իրանական հետախուզության գործակալ է։

    «Հայկական հարցը առաջ քաշեցին նրա համար, որպեսզի ինձ զրկեն ներքին աջակցությունից, իրանականը` որպեսզի զրկեն միջազգայինից», - ասում է Ֆաթուլաեւը։

    Լրագրողը «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանին տված հարցազրույցում նաեւ ադրբեջանի ներքաղաքական խնդիրներին է անդրադարձ կատարել` կարծիք հայտնելով, թե իրավիճակն այնտեղ, անկասկած, շատ բարդ է, որովհետեւ քաղաքական ներկապնակ չի մնացել։ Նա խոսել է նաեւ Ադրբեջանում արաբական հեղափոխության կրկնության մասին` դրա հնարավորությունը քիչ հավանական համարելով:

Scotts are barbarians, they also have the second highest murder rate in Europe (wheres Armenia is one of the safest countries). And as we know your lives are miserable, Scotland also has the highest suicide rate in the UK. And as we also know the education system is pretty flawed, as we see the lack of knowledge of bell-the-cat, it's no wonder that Scottish universities have the highest dropout rate. Because of their stress, the only thing they can do is eat, which is why they have the second-highest obesity rate in the world. I can continue for ages why Scotland is a failed state... hell, I feel sorry for you.

      Probably, bell-the-cat is a cocaine user who suffers from obesity and dropped out of school, whose friends often commit suicide and for whom violence is a normal thing, and thus in all lacks the intellectual ability, hell even any ability, which is also the cause that Sh-itland today is not even independent. And this guy is trying to teach us something, isn't that HILARIOUS!? Hahahahahahha.

        He is off topic, and continuing this Pulxxxxting about him is just nonsense, waste of time, and pollution of the thread.

            Հայաստանի ՊՆ քննչական ծառայության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնի ավագ սպա Մերի Սարգսյանը NEWS.am-ին հայտնեց, որ հոկտեմբերի 3-ին, ժամը 18-ի սահմաններում «Բաղրամյան» ուսումնական կենտրոնում ճամբարային հավաքների մեջ գտնվող ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասն պատկանող «Սատկո» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան զորավարժարանի տարածքում երթեւեկելիս հարվածել է ձախ ճամթեզրի հողաթմբին եւ, կորցնելով կառավարումը, դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի երթեւեկելի մասից:

            Վթարի հետեւանքով, ավտոմեքենայի թափքում գտնվող ժամկետային զինծառայողներից 6-ը տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են Արմավիրի քաղաքային հիվանդանոց: Ժամկետային զինծառայող, ավագ, 21-ամյա Հայկ Արշակի Դավթյանը մահացել է Արմավիրի հիվանդանոցում, իսկ մյուս զինծառայողներին տեղափոխել են ՀՀ ՊՆ կենտրոնական կլինիկական հոսպիտալ:

            Վթարի առթիվ ՀՀ քր.օր.-ի 377 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով (Մեքենաներ վարելու կամ շահագործելու կանոնները խախտելը) ՀՀ ՊՆ քննչական ծառայության 4-րդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Նշված հովածով նախատեսված հանցագործության կատարման կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է ավագ լեյտենանտ Համլետ Հմայակի Վիրաբյանը: Քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:

              Ադրբեջանի բանակի թիվ n զորմասում, հոկտեմբերի 2-ին, կին են բռնաբարել, հաղորդում է ադրբեջանական «Մուսավաթ» թերթը` վկայակոչելով իր ունեցած տեղեկությունները:

              «Զորամասում զինվորական ծառայություն անցնող զինվորները «ՈՒԱԶ» մակնիշի ծառայողական ավտոմեքենայով ուղեւորվել են Լոքբաթան ավանի տարածքում գտնվող «Մեյվալի» շուկան: Նրանք հավաքվել են շուկայի տարածքում եւ մոտեցել այնտեղ մաքրություն անող կանանց` ասելով, որ մարդ են փնտրում զորամասի իրենց սենյակները մաքրելու համար: Նրանք մոտեցել են 26-ամյա Նահիդա Սոլթան անունով աղջկան եւ հարցրել, թե ինչքան գումար կցանկանա սենյակները մաքրելու համար: Նրանք առաջարկել են վճարել 30 մանաթ (37 դոլար), եւ նա համաձայնվել է»,-հայտնում է աղբյուրը: Այնուհետեւ նրան նստեցրել են ավտոմեքենան եւ տարել զորամաս: Նրան իրենց սենյակ ուղեկցելուց հետո, բռնաբարել են:

              Կինը ցանկացել է դիմադրել, սակայն նրան ծեծել եւ վիրավորել են: Այդուհանդերձ, նա շեղել է զինվորների ուշադրությունը եւ փախել նրանցից: Նահիդա Սոլթան դիմել է ոստիկանություն, գործը հանձնվել է Ռազմական դատախազությանը: Ներկայումս փաստի կապակցությամբ անցկացվում է հետաքննություն, հայտնում է «Մուսավաթ»-ը:

                      CNN is very well managed business.
                      These guys will see Asarbaytchan pay millions in ads, to have report on historic roots of atzarbayttsani culture broadcasted, pretty soon.
                      I advise them to ask no less than 50 million.
                      Baku will pay.
                      Just ask.
