It has been said multiple times that we obtained both systems together, the BM-27 hurricane (Uragana) and BM-30 SMERCH. We will probably see them in future parades.
Azerbaijan has already reached it's peak on oil production. The economic growth has been drastically falling since last year "...GDP Growth In Azerbaijan Lowest Among CIS Countries In 2011..", and will reach an all point low in 2012. With barely oil left and the IQ of a donkey (I feel sorry for the donkey), the West will give it's green light to start a war. The coming years will be decisive, Azerbaijan will be in deep troubles in the near future and will thus risk an adventure and start a war. The international arena speaks of "peace", yet all of them are massively arming and/or training the militaries of both the countries.

Threat to Azerbaijan’s economy in 2012 announced
Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan may face problems of economic growth in 2012.
MP and member of the Parliamentary Economic Policy Committee Ali Masimli said that GDP growth in Azerbaijan by September made up about 1%.
"By 2012, GDP growth is forecasted to be 5.7%, but this can be achieved only if there is no serious decline in oil production, on which Azerbaijan’s economic growth depends on largely. If oil production in 2012 grows, it will be provided a 5.7% GDP growth, and fall in oil production continues, there could be problems," Masimli said.
To date country’s main oil producer Azerbaijan International Operating Company (AIOC) has notified the government that in 2012 oil production will, at least, not decrease.
"Due to the fact that the domestic economy is mainly dependent on the oil sector, growth in agriculture which accounts for 8% is not reflected in GDP growth. If reduction of oil production had not taken place, then GDP growth of 5-6% could be achieved already now against present 1%," Masimli said.
