An Azerbaijani analysis of the Military Doctrine of Russia.

As long as one of the military-political allies of RF is Armenia, this will have a negative effect of peace and stability in the region as well....
Reinforcement and potential increase of aggressive Armenia, which is also member of CSTO is indicated as one of the main commitments in the document (MD, page 19)....
This in the existed regional conditions together with being against the interests of military security of Azerbaijan and Georgia, which are not the members of CSTO, does not serve to stability, peace and security as well...
According to article 21 of MD, Russia considers armed attack to allied states or any action with using military force as an aggression and considers this military attack as an aggression to all CSTO member-states, including to itself and in this case it considers taking the measures relevant to Collective Security Treaty. According to Azerbaijani military doctrine, taking into account its announcement Armenia an open enemy and being in war situation with it, which is also military-political ally to RF, at the same time, taking into consideration this country’s being the member of CSTO, it become evident the actual potential threat of this provision to Azerbaijan, as well as to the region.
Lately, the Azerbaijani leadership/media/representatives understood, that even after spending billions of dollars of their oil-revenues, it is not able to shift the military balance between Azerbaijan and Armenia, as the Russians just constantly equip Armenia with modern weaponry for free-of-charge or at a discount rate. If this is not enough, a new military pact has been signed between the Russian Federation and Armenia, and the military joint Russian-Armenian strategic military base in Gyumri has been pro-longed (the de-facto transfer base of Russian military equipment to Armenia).

Azerbaijanis will become more whiney, and will try to do everything they can to destroy Russian-Armenian relations. Armenians should intensify their lobbying activities in the Russian Federation to not only keep this life-lin intact, but also significantly improve it, after which Azerbaijanis will even whine more, to all of our joys.

Azeris should stop complaining, they've gotten many weapons from Russia as well, including S-300 missiles. Not to mention their very deep alliance with Turkey. Azeris are using their oil to try to get the best deal from West, Turkey, and Russia. So they can just tell Russia, if you help Armenians less, we will give you the rights to a good portion of our oil/gas, though a lot of those rights to my knowledge is to Western companies.

I think this sums it up

Azeri officials shift from whining aggressiveness to aggressive whining
PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan’s hypocritical moaning over the repercussions of Baku-initiated aggression against Nagorno Karabakh Republic is old news, Armenia’s Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister said, commenting on Azeri officials’ concern over Armenia and Artsakh military might combined with Baku threats of renewed war.
According to Shavarsh Kocharian, the only change is Azeri officials’ shift from whining aggressiveness to aggressive whining, which is explainable. “Baku has to justify itself to people who demand to know to what use the billions, spent on weaponry, were put. Azerbaijan is yet to explain why the military rhetoric didn’t work. Aliyev's ruling clan is now in a standstill – up against its own people,” the Armenian official said.

Zoravar, Why don't armenia buy the Kornet instead of Metis-M? isn't it more powerful? As i understand it can penetrate more armor, but is abit heavier..

                    Moldova is arming us now?

Azerbaijan has expressed concern over Armenia's reported purchase from Moldova last month of rockets and other weaponry worth millions of dollars, saying that it will complicate a peaceful resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
