Baku-APA. Armenian media reported that the Azerbaijani army soldier was captured by Armenian troops on the frontline of the armed forces of Armenia and Azerbaijan near the village of Upper Chayli.

Noted that the name of captured soldier is Mammadbagir Akhundzadeh Talib oglu.

The State Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing People told APA that they do not have information about this incident.

Official Baku said that it would take legal measures against the planes flying to Khankendi without Baku’s permission, including their physical destruction.

Baku's information is comical and they are advocating deliberately targeting civil structures.

The captured soldier is an ethnic Talysh from Lenkaran.

Ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողը, ԼՂ-ի կողմից հատելով հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանը, անցել է հայկական կողմ: Այս մասին հայտնում է պանորամա.ամ կայքը: Միջադեպը գրանցվել է հունվարի 23-ին՝ ժամը 15:23 րոպեին:

ԼՂՀ ՊԲ զինծառայողները կալանավորել են նրան. վերջինս եղել է ադրբեջանական զինվորական համազգեստով, առանց տարբերիչ նշանների: Նրա մոտ եղել է զինվորական գրքույկ, որտեղ նշված է՝ կրտսեր սերժանտ Ախունդզադե Մամեդբագրըու Թալիբ-օղլու, ծնված՝ 1990թ., Ադրբեջանի Լենքորանի շրջանի գրանցմամբ:

ԼՂՀ իրավասու մարմինները պարզում են միջադեպի հանգամանքները, իսկ ԼՂՀ իշխանությունները դեպքի մասին անմիջապես տեղեկացրել են Կարմիր Խաչի Միջազգային Կոմիտեի և ԵԱՀԿ գրասենյակներին։

Ռազմ.ինֆոյի տեղեկությունների համաձայն, հնարավոր է, որ զինծառայողը ազգությամբ թալիշ է։

Թալիշներն իրանալեզու ժողովուրդ են, որը բնակվում է ներկայիս Ադրբեջանական Հանրապետության հարավ-արևելյան և Իրանի հյուսիսի հարակից շրջաններում։ Ի տարբերություն ադրբեջանցի թուրքերի տարածաշրջանի բնիկ ժողովուրդներից են։ Ադրբեջանում ակնհայտ ճնշում է գործադրվում թալիշների նկատմամբ, ինչի նպատակն է այդ ժողովրդի թրքացումն ու ձուլումը։ Այդպիսի ճնշման վառ օրինակ է այն, որ 2008 թվականի հունիսին «Թոլիշի Սյադո» թալիշական մշակութային թերթի գլխավոր խմբագիր 68-ամյա Նովրուզալի Մամեդովին դատապարտեցին 10 տարվա ազատազրկման, իսկ թերթի պատասխանատու քարտուղար Էլման Ղուլիևին 6 տարվա ազատազրկման, ընդ որում՝ «պետական դավաճանություն» հոդվածով։ Մեղադրանքի ձևակերպման մեջ որպես դավաճանություն էր որակվել, օրինակ՝ թալիշերենի քարոզումը։ Ընդամենը մեկ տարի անց Նովրուզալի Մամեդովը մահացավ ադրբեջանական բանտում։ Ճնշում է գործադրվել նաև Մամեդովի ընտանիքի վրա, որի պատճառով իր մի որդին մահացավ ինֆարկտից, իսկ կինը ստիպված եղավ լքել երկիրը։ Այսօր փաստացի տարագիր են Ադրբեջանի թալիշների գրեթե բոլոր առաջնորդները։

Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ 2011 թվականի նոյեմբերին Երևանում անցկացվեց երկրորդ միջազգային թալիշագիտական կոնֆերանսը, որը նույնպես արժանացավ պաշտոնական Ադրբեջանի խիստ բացասական և բուռն ռեակցիայի։

I guess it is close to family and friends, that is important.....did you guys know that age limit for conscripts can be as high as 49 in Armenia?
