Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!


2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.

    Այսօր Բրյուսելում` ՆԱՏՕ-ի շտաբ-բնակարանում հանդիպել են ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը և Դաշինքի գլխավոր քարտուղար Անդերս Ֆոգ Ռասմուսենը: Վերջինս նշել է, որ Հայաստանը կարևոր գործընկեր է ՆԱՏՕ-ի համար և ՆԱՏՕ-ն ու Հայաստանը շատ ընդհանուր քաղաքական առաջնահերթություններ ունեն:
    «Չի բացառվում, որ Գաբալայի ռադիոտեղորոշիչ կայանի վարձավճարը շուրջ 40 անգամ ավելացնելու Ադրբեջանի ցանկությունը Ռուսաստանից ինչ-ինչ բաներ կորզելու նպատակ կամ նրա շահագրգռվածությունը ստուգելու միտում ունի»,- անդրադառնալով Գաբալայի ՌՏԿ-ի վարձավճարը 7 մլն դոլարից 300 մլն դոլարի հասցնելու Ադրբեջանի մտադրությանը` ասել է ՌԱՀՀԿ տնօրեն Մանվել Սարգսյանը: Անդրադառնալով այն հարցին, թե ժամանակը չէ, որ ռուսական զորքը պահելու համար Հայաստանն իր հերթին տարեկան վարձավճար պահանջի Ռուսաստանից, Մանվել Սարգսյանը պատասխանել է. «Դրա համար պետք է խորքային պատկերացում ունենալ, թե անվտանգության համակարգն ինչպես է կառուցված»:
    Ադրբեջանը համաձայնել է դիպուկահարներին հետ քաշել շփման գծից և ստեղծել միջադեպերի հետազոտման մեխանիզմ: Ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ի փոխանցմամբ` իրենց տված հարցազրույցում հայտնել է Միջազգային ճգնաժամային խմբի Եվրոպական ծրագրի տնօրեն Սաբինա Ֆրեյզերը: Նշենք, որ հայտարարությանը միանշանակ չի կարելի մոտենալ, առավել ևս հավատալ, որ Ադրբեջանը կգնա նման քայլի, որ նա դա դիտարկում է որպես ճնշման միջոց, որն իրականում որևէ արդյունքի մինչ օրս չի բերել:

      Սրան ի պատասխան Stratfor-ի ռազմական մասնագետ Կոլբի Մարտինը նշել է, թե 500 տանկը մեծ թիվ է եւ այդ քանակության տանկերին աջակցելու համար անհրաժեշտ են առնվազն 20 հազար հետեւակայիններ, իսկ 2000 հոգանոց ջոկատով հող գրավել եւ պահել, առնվազն ծիծաղելի է։ Նա նշել է, թե Թուրքիան եթե իրականում սկսի հարձակումը Սիրիայի դեմ, այդ 2000 զինվորները սահմանին միայն կարող են փոքր հարձակումներ գործել՝ անկայունացնելով իրավիճակը։

        Russia has its influence on Armenia and sometimes you can consider this influence as an "Russian indirect occupation" but its fact that we cant survive with 10m Armenians(although you can count 4m since the other 6m will not participate in the war just like back in 1991 when only from abroad 10,000(long live Armenian volunteers)Armenians joined to the defense army) against up to 150m Turks without the Russian help.

        What about manufacturing..In my opinion now what Armenia is working on is the development of Krung UAV's.I think they are trying to produce an armored one. That will be the biggest success in-front our "productive neighbors" since Krung UAV's are like a Joker Card.

          i didnt got it,what is gabala and were is it and under whom controll? culd someone tell me?

            Gabala is Russian radar in azerbaijan. it belongs to Russian and the informations inside are only for them.they do not share the "frequencies" with them..actaully Russians dont need it if they do not agree.

                    They were so stupid to give Ararat away, now they too are paying the price not just us!

                      Vahram what the hell are you talking about? what has Ararat to do with Russian Radar stations? I wish too if Ararat was ours too but it has nothing to do with the Radars. Dont throw words.
