i came up with 2 questions after the phenomenan of geogrgians getting UAVs:
1:Would georgians be curious enough to fly one up on our skies to spy on 102nd military base?
2:would azeris be interested in the UAV to purchase from georgians?
I would be glad if you guys answer and express your opinion with your good knowledge toward politics ty

Տեղեկացված աղբյուրները պնդում են, որ Իրանի վրա գրոհի դեպքում ռուսաստանյան կողմը զգուշացրել է «անկանխատեսելի հետեւանքների մասին», իսկ ոմանք ասում են, որ ռուսաստանցի զինվորականները կմասնակյցեն հնարավոր պատերազմին, քանի որ այն վտանգի տակ է դնում տարածաշրջանում նրա համար կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող շահերը:

Համաձայն աղբյուրների` ռուսական կողմի նախապատրաստությունը նման հարձակման սկսվել է դեռ երկու տարի առաջ, երբ Գյումրիում 102-րդ ռուսական ռազմաբազան արդիականացվեց: Ասում են, այն կարեւոր աշխարհաքաղաքական նշանակություն ունի տարածաշրջանում: Համաձայն ռուսաստանյան աղբյուրների` Գյումրիի ռազամաբազայի զինծառայողների ընտանիքներն արդեն տարհանվել են:

Ըստ նույն աղբյուրների` Ռուսաստանի նախագահի պաշտոնին Վլադիմիր Պուտինի վերդառնալուց հետո հնարավոր է դարձել նաեւ Վրաստանի վրա հարձակվելու հեռանկարը: Ռուսները կարծում են, որ Վրաստանը կհամագործակցի ԱՄՆ-ի հետ` արգելափակելով 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի առաքումները, որոնք ներկայումս իրականացվում են օդային ճանապարհով: Արդեն հիմա է Վրաստանն արգելափակում ցամաքային միակ երթուղին:

Հայաստանում գտնվող ռուսաստանյան ռազմաբազայի համար վառելիքը մատակարարվում է Իրանից: Ռուսաստանցի պաշտոնյաները կարծում են, որ այդ երթուղին կարող է փակվել պատերազմի դեպքում:

Եթե ԱՄՆ-ը պատերազմ սկսի Իրանի դեմ, ապա, ըստ աղբյուրների, նրանք կարող են օգտագործել Վրաստանի ուժերը եւ Կասպից ծովում ռազմանավերը` Ադրբեջանի հնարավոր օգնությամբ. վերջինս, սակայն, հայտարարել է, որ թույլ չի տա Իսրայելին իր տարածքն օգտագործել հարեւան Իրանի դեմ:

Ենթադրվում է, որ հաշվի առնելով Իսրայելի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ հարաբերությունների բարելավումը, հրեական պետությունը կարող է օգտագործել բազաները` Իրանի միջուկային օբկյեկտներին օդային հարված հասցնելու համար: Հատկապես որ Իսրայելը վերջերս համաձայնել էր Ադրբեջանին վաճառել 1,6 մլրդ դոլարի ռազմատեխնիկա:

«Ռուսական ուժերը (Անդրկովկասից) կարող են հարավին հարվածելու հրաման ստանալ` Անդրկովկասում ամերիկյան ռազմաբազաների ենթադրվող տեղակայումը կանխելու, Հայաստանում զորքերի հետ կապ հաստատելու եւ Հարավային Կովկասի էներգետիկ միջանցքն իր ձեռք առնելու համար»,- ասել է Ջեյմսթաունի Վաշինգտոնի հիմնադրամի տարածաշրջանային փորձագետ Պավել Ֆելգենհուերը:

«Ռուսաստանը ռազմական մեկ արագ հարվածով կարող է վերահսկողություն ապահովել ողջ Կովկասի եւ կասպիական պետությունների նկատմամբ, որոնք նախկինում նրա սեփականությունն են եղել»,-ավելացրել է նա:

«Միաժամանակ` փոքրիկ հաղթական պատերազմը կմիավորի ռուս ժողովրդին Կրեմլի շուրջ, ինչը թույլ կտա ճնշել երկրում պրոդեմոկրատական ուժերի վերջին մնացորդներին, իսկ որպես վերջնական բոնուս` Ռուսաստանի ռազմական գործողությունները կարող են վերջնականպես ոչնչացնել Սահակաշվիլիի ռեժիմը»,- կարծիք է հայտնել փորձագետը»:

Երեւանն ու Մոսկվան համաձայնեցրել են Հայաստանի լեռներում ռադիոլոկացիոն կայան տեղակայելու մասին պայմանագիրը, որպեսզի դիմակայեն Թուրքիայի Ինջիռլիքի ՆԱՏՕ-ի բազայում տեղակայված ամերիկյան ռադարին, գրում է իսրայելական Debka.com կայքը` վկայակոչելով իր աղբյուրներին:

Հրապարակման համաձայն` նման որոշումը կողմերը համաձայնեցրել են ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի` վերջերս Երեւան կատարած այցի ընթացքում:

«Այնպես, ինչպես թուրքական կայանը (չնայած Անկարայի հակառակ պնդումներին) տվյալներ է փոխանակում իսրայելական Նեգեւի բազայի հետ իրանական հրթիռների վերաբերյալ, այնպես էլ Հայաստանում տեղակայված ՌԼԿ-ն տվյալները կկիսի Թեհրանի հետ»,-նշվում է հոդվածում:

i will answer the first question: The same day Russia will react to that.but looking at the kin Armenian-Georgian relations...Georgia wouldn't do that..otherwise the relation will be hostile.

Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչներն, այսօր` ապրիլի 10-ին, այցելել են Հայաստանում գերության մեջ գտնվող Մամեդբաղիրը Ախունդզադեն:

Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ իրենց ներկայացուցիչները նրան նամակ են հանձնել, իսկ վերջինս էլ հորն ուղղված նամակն է հանձնել Կարմիր խաչի ներկայացուցիչներին:

Ադրբեջանական բանակի առաջին կորպուսի 703-րդ բրիգադի պայմանագրային զինծառայող, սերժանտ Ախունդզադեն ինքն է այս տարվա հունվարի 23-ին գերի հանձնվել Ղարաբաղի պաշտպանության բանակի դիրքապահներին` Ադրբեջանի եւ ԼՂՀ զորքերի շփման գծի հյուսիս-արեւմտյան հատվածում, Վերին Չայլուի մոտ:

i will answer the first question: The same day Russia will react to that.but looking at the kin Armenian-Georgian relations...Georgia wouldn't do that..otherwise the relation will be hostile.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said in Baku last week that he could not comment on talks to extend the lease of the Gabala radar station, as they were being conducted by the two countries' defence ministries. How would you comment on the failure to clarify the Gabala issue during the Russian foreign minister's visit to Baku?

I think there is nothing surprising in this. The term of the Gabala lease between Azerbaijan and Russia ends this year. Our country acted with great respect for our Russian partners, notifying them in advance about the intention to increase the rent. I think that the $300m which Azerbaijan is insisting upon as the new rent for the use of the Gabala radar station is not beyond Russia's means.

So,you think that the current rent paid by Russia for the Gabala radar station is very low?

Azerbaijan has for many years been taking a purely symbolic fee for the use of this radar station which is not commensurate with the amount of environmental damage it causes. This was done in the hope that Russia would welcome the gesture by Baku and help to achieve a fair resolution of the Karabakh conflict by putting pressure on Armenia, which has occupied our lands and is ignoring the resolutions of international organizations calling for the withdrawal of Armenian forces from the occupied lands. Russian President Dmitriy Medvedev worked hard - 10 meetings of the presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia were arranged under his patronage - but these meetings produced no result. In this respect, Azerbaijan decided to raise the rent for the Gabala radar station. Our country has the right to do so.

How much does Russia need the Gabala radar station?

The need is quite great. Though this radar station was built at the end of the 1970s, there are still no others which are so multifunctional. Its coverage area is 8,000 kilometres. Naturally, such a powerful radar station is extremely important for Russia, especially now that the situation in Iran tops the agenda.
How can you comment on rumours that if Azerbaijan refuses to reduce the declared rent for Gabala, Russia will build a new, similar radar station in Armenia?

Yes, there are such rumours, but I take them as a way to put pressure on Azerbaijan rather than a real prospect at this stage. The information has been circulated in the media in order to soften Baku's position. Such manoeuvres won’t work with our country. Russia is not likely to prefer construction of a new radar station in Armenia to agreement on increasing the rent for the operation of the Gabala radar station. In addition, its construction will take time, while the operation of such a radar station costs at least $500m. Thus, Azerbaijan’s offer is quite realistic and it would be more profitable for Russia to accept it than to search for an alternative to the Gabala radar station elsewhere.

I dont get it 300mln for a year or a specific amount of time depending on a contract?
