It appears, from what the prosecutor said, that 2 of the soldiers were killed in the sector of Tchinari.
The Third was shot on an other sector of the Tavush front.
Wich means they had launched a coordinated attack on many posts all along the border.

Concerning Voskepar, where the azeris report 5 losses.
It is a sector where our positions are much better.
In some aspect, if we decide to launch a bit bigger operation, their advanced post called Lower Voskepar (Ashaghi askipara) may be completely cut ouf and liquidated, since it is like a finger, deep in armenian territory.
May well be, that we decided to react by hitting a relatively weaker point of theirs, against Tchinari???

Հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին տեղի ունեցած ադրբեջանական հերթական դիվերսիան առաջ է բերում որպես պետություն դրան Հայաստանի արձագանքի հարցը: Ինչպես հայտնի է, Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարը խնդրին անդրադարձավ ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի հետ ասուլիսի ընթացքում, հայտարարելով, որ Ադրբեջանը փորձում է լարվածությունը տեղափոխել Հայաստանի հետ սահման եւ այդպիսով վտանգում է տարածաշրջանային կայունությունը եւ խաղաղությունը:

Մինչ այդ, ժամեր շարունակ Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունը լռում էր, թերեւս զբաղված լինելով ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարին դիմավորելու պատասխանատու գործով: Ըստ երեւույթին արժե, որ արտգործնախարարությունում հերթապահ մաս բացվի, որը մյուս ստորաբաժանումների այս կամ այն գերզբաղվածության դեպքում կփորձի արձագանքներ մշակել այլ հարցերի դեպքում, ասենք հենց այդօրինակ դիվերսիաների:

Տեղի ունեցած միջադեպից անցել էին բավական ժամեր, զոհվել է երեք հայ զինծառայող, իսկ Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը դրան չի արձագանքել որեւէ կերպ: Տպավորությունն այնպիսին էր, որ արտգործնախարարությունը փորձում էր կամ գուշակել, կամ տարբեր խողովակներով ճշտել ասենք ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրներից, թե ինչպես արժե արձագանքել Ադրբեջանի այդ սադրանքին:

Ուշագրավ հանգամանք է այն, որ միջադեպին այս անգամ որեւէ կերպ չանդրադարձավ նաեւ Սերժ Սարգսյանը, ի տարբերություն օրինակ նախընտրական ժամանակաշրջանում նույն Տավուշի սահմանին տեղի ունեցալ մեկ այլ միջադեպի, երբ կրկին սպանվեց երեք հայ զինծառայող: Ուշագրավ է, որ այն ժամանակ Սերժ Սարգսյանը նախընտրական քարոզարշավի ընթացքում արձագանքեց կատարվածին, իսկ այժմ՝ հետընտրական շրջանում, նրա արձագանքը բացակայում է:

Կարծես թե բացակայում էր նաեւ պաշտպանության նախարարության գնահատականը: Թերեւս կասկած չկա, որ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը տվել է ադրբեջանական դիվերսիայի հակահարվածը:

Շատ լավ է, եւ դա թերեւս այդպես էլ պետք է լինի, բայց պետական հաստատության կարգավիճակը ենթադրում է նաեւ հրապարակային քաղաքականության կարեւոր մաս, անգամ ռազմական գերատեսչության դեպքում, այլապես ոչ թե պետություն է ստացվում, այլ պարտիզանական շտաբ:

Խոսքն այն մասին է, որ այդ գնահատական-հայտարարության միջոցով կարելի է, եւ թերեւս պետք է հանդես գալ նախաձեռնություններով, որոնց հիմքում դրվի տարածաշրջանի վտանգված կայունության եւ խաղաղության խնդրի քննարկումը, դրա ուղղությամբ անհրաժեշտ քայլերի ձեռնարկումը, որ պետք է անեն կայունությամբ եւ խաղաղությամբ շահագրգռված բոլոր պետություններն ու կազմակերպությունները

Այդ ամենը բոլորովին ինքնանպատակ չէ: Քաղաքական-դիվանագիտական տվյալ բաղադրիչը Հայաստանի համար անվտանգության հավելյալ երաշխիքի հնարավորություն է, որը պետք է օգտագործել:

Բայց դրանք չկան, եւ թերեւս առավելապես այն պարզ պատճառով, որ Հայաստանում չկա իշխանության ներքին լեգիտիմության բավարար հիմք: Ավելի ճիշտ, այդ լեգիտիմության հիմքը հանրային անտարբերությունն է, ոչ թե վստահությունը: Իսկ հիմնականը իշխանության համար արտաքին լեգիտիմությունն է: Դա ենթադրում է չափազանց զգուշավոր պահվածք, որպեսզի հանկարծ չլինի Վաշինգտոնի, Փարիզի կամ Մոսկվայի դժգոհություն: Այդ պայմաններում, Հայաստանի արձագանքը կառուցվում է ոչ թե այն սկզբունքով, թե ինչ է պետք Հայաստանին, այլ նրանով, թե ինչ է պետք իշխանությանը:

Իշխանության եւ պետության անհրաժեշտությունները նույնացվել են, դրա համար էլ կա իշխանության, ոչ թե պետության դիրքորոշում: Իսկ իշխանությունն առավելապես կուլիսային երեւույթ է: Պետությունն այն ինստիտուտն է, որը ստիպում է այդ երեւույթին դուրս գալ իր կուլիսային բնույթից, իր կամքից անկախ՝ թե ներքին, թե արտաքին հարցերում, ու դառնալ հանրային երեւույթ:

Հայաստանում պետությունը առավելապես արտաքին ատրիբուտներն են, արարողակարգը, իսկ որպես մշակույթ այն գոյություն չունի: Դրա համար էլ, երբ այլ պետության զենքը սպանում է տվյալ պետության քաղաքացիներին, ժամեր շարունակ բացակայում է որեւէ հստակ պետական արձագանքը: Դրա պատճառը ամենեւին “հազար նրբությունները” չեն, որովհետեւ պետական արձագանք ասվածն ամենեւին չի ենթադրում աշխարհին կամ Ադրբեջանին պատերազմի հայտարարում: Դրա պատճառը պետական մշակույթի բացակայությունն է, այդ մշակույթում քաղաքացու արժեքի թե բարոյական, թե քաղաքական գիտակցման բացակայությունը:

Պետության ներսում այդ մշակույթի եւ արժեքի գիտակցումն է, որ կարող է հնարավորություն տալ առավել արդյունավետ եւ օպերատիվ կերպով ինտեգրվել համաշխարհային պետական առաջատար մշակույթին եւ պետությունը դարձնել միջազգային քաղաքականության արժեք, ինչը էական նշանակություն ունի նաեւ անվտանգության երաշխիքների որոշակի հավելյալ մակարդակի տեսանկյունից:

Ահա, թե ինչու է կարեւոր պետական հստակ արձագանքը այդօրինակ դեպքերում:

Ադրբեջանական APA գործակալության հաղորդմամբ ադրբեջանցիները 4 զոհ են տվել այսօր առավոտյան 6:30 Ոսկեպար գյուղի հատվածում տեղի ունեցած մարտի ընթացքում։ Նույն աղբյուրի հաղորդմամբ եւս մեկ ադրբեջանցի զինվոր զոհվել է ամենայն հավանականությամբ հայ դիպուկահարի գնդակից։

Կարելի է, ենթադրել, որ խոսքն իրականում հունիսի 4-ին տեղի ունեցած մարտում կրած կորուստների մասին է։

I have the souvenir of a much bigger loss they suffered in 2000, in Omar sector (33 losses according our sources, that they managed to hide, and never report).
So this must be an exception related or to Hillary's venue (they want to cry fool), or may be their losses are much, much bigger??

One of them must be an officer, or a leutinant (88) but the others are simple conscripts (all 93), if we do belive their info?
This does not look like a professional spesnats unit sent for a diversia ??

Mrs Clinton urged all parties "refrain from the use or threat of force"

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has voiced concern over border clashes between Armenia and Azerbaijan - hours after three Armenian soldiers died in the latest skirmishes.

Speaking in Armenia, she warned that the clashes "could escalate into a much broader conflict" in the Caucasus.

The two former Soviet republics fought a bloody war over the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh in the 1990s.

A formal ceasefire is now looking increasingly fragile.

"I am very concerned by these incidents and have called on all parties, all actors, to refrain from the use or threat of force," Mrs Clinton said after her talks in the Armenian capital, Yerevan, on Monday.

"There is a danger that it could escalate into a much broader conflict that would be very tragic for everyone concerned," she warned.

The BBC's Damien McGuinness, in neighbouring Georgia, says it is hoped Mrs Clinton will ease tensions between the two countries.

The region is dependent on US aid, so Washington has much influence there, he says.

The conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan erupted as the Soviet Union collapsed and at least 30,000 people were killed by the time the truce was declared in 1994.

Since then, a simmering stalemate has prevailed and both sides have reported sporadic breaches of the truce.

The three Armenian soldiers were killed in clashes on Monday, Yerevan said.

It remains unclear if there were any casualties on the Azeri side.

Human rights
Both sides have been building up arms in recent months and refusing to compromise.

It is hoped Mrs Clinton will at least call on both governments to tone down the rhetoric and hold peace talks.

Human rights groups also want Mrs Clinton to address alleged abuses in the region.

Azerbaijan's harsh treatment of government critics has been in the spotlight since it hosted the Eurovision Song Contest in May.

Authorities have dismissed criticism in the international press as Armenian propaganda.

However, condemnation from the US secretary of state will carry more weight, our correspondent adds.

Facebook protester
A social media activist was released early from an Azeri jail on Monday, for good behaviour.

Bakhtiyar Hajiyev had been serving a two-year prison term on charges of avoiding military service.

He told the AFP news agency that his arrest had been "politically motivated".

He had used Facebook to support anti-government protests.

Last month a group of US senators demanded Mr Hajiyev's release.

Mrs Clinton travels to Azerbaijan on Wednesday, after visiting Georgia on Tuesday.

So this must be an exception related or to Hillary's venue (they want to cry fool), or may be their losses are much, much bigger??

They've hid much bigger incidents like the one during 2008 ossetia war on martakert front. But, do you have more details on the omar incident? thanks.

Azerbaijan repulses Armenian army attack in Gazakh, 5 Azerbaijani servicemen murdered - UPDATE

Armenian Armed Forces attacked Azerbaijani Armed Forces' positions in the territory of Gazakh region this morning.

As military sources told Trend, the enemy's attack was repulsed. It is reported that both sides suffered losses.

As the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry told Trend, at 06:30 on June 5 Armenian sabotage group's efforts to enter Azerbaijani Armed Forces' positions in Ashagi Eskipara village in the Gazakh region failed and it retreated by suffering losses.

As a result of the fight, 4 soldiers of Azerbaijani Armed Forces were killed.

Another Azerbaijani soldier was killed as a result of fire opened from nameless heights in Gazakh region.
