All they do is talk, pathetic fools.

They are pissing into the wind as always. First of all ICAO does not enforce or control any airspace of airport operations, they make recommendations and certifications per international civil (not military) aviation practices. Second Stepanakert airport is a military airbase, third there is no ICAO code for this airport which gives no jurisdiction in any form to ICAO to even make recommendations.

Azeris say it is Azerbaijan's military airspace over Stepanakert......I say, ENFORCE it if you can, see what will happen.

Those are ex Armenian AF Mig 23, this photo was taken in 2003 i believe...

They look like Mig-23s....joined Russian/Armenian training? I saw them in the video and had the same question but thanks to ArmeniaR1 for the photo, it seems they might be Mig-23s (variable wing swept).

I had no idea we had Mig 23's. Why did we decommission them? they're still capable birds, albeit old

The Armenian Air Force has never been a MiG-23. 6 MiG-23 were transferred to Armenia Erebuni in 1995 and removed in 1999. Once transferred to the Erebuni Mig-29. ArmeniaR1 picture was taken 1999. during a military parade in Yerevan
