You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

Crap filled human disgrace, someone should have killed before he appealed

Details emerge of Armenian NGO leader fleeing to Azerbaijan for political asylum
          [ 17 September 2015 17:49 ]
Baku. Hafiz Heydarov, Shahriyar Alizadeh – APA. Vahan Emilyevych Martirosyan, head of the “Intra-national Liberation Movement” organization, has fled to Azerbaijan as he was tired of the Sargsyan regime, Chairman of the Council on State Support to NGOs under the auspices of the Azerbaijani President, MP Azay Guliyev told APA on Sept. 17.

According to him, Vahan Martirosyan along with his family has appealed to Novella Jafaroglu, Chairperson of the Society for Protection of Women Rights named after Dilara Aliyeva, co-chairwoman of the South Caucasus Women's Congress, confessing that they were fed up with the physical and moral violence against them by the Armenian regime, they have lost their unborn child in the wake of the Sargysan regime’s pressure, and that they have fled to Azerbaijan as the final option.

“Vahan Martirosyan and his family, who seek asylum in Azerbaijan, have undergone unspeakable tortures in the hands of Sargsyan’s regime. Mrs. Novella gave us detailed information about it and we in turn informed the concerned bodies about the issue. After the discussion of the issue, Vahan Martirosyan was granted permission to enter Azerbaijan,” said Guliyev.

According to him, this [case] indicates that the aggressive regime in Armenia has committed crimes against not only Azerbaijan but also its own people.

“Although we live in a state of war with Armenia which has occupied our territories, we still want human rights organizations to pay attention to such people who run from the Armenian regime, oppose Armenian invasion, and expose the Sargsyan regime whose hands have shed the blood of hundreds of Azerbaijanis,” Guliyev noted.

Guliyev expressed hope that the European Parliament, the PACE, the Council of Europe, the U.S. Department of State and other international human rights organizations will give adequate assessment of violence and inhuman treatment toward NGO activists and human rights defenders in Armenia and steps Yerevan is taking to neutralize them physically, and they will adopt a resolution condemning the actions of the Armenian government. “Otherwise, this will demonstrate once again the true nature of these organizations.”

At the same time, the Armenian citizens in Nagorno-Karabakh should know that sooner or later they will have only one choice - to live in peace within the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, Guliyev added.

“Only then they will be able to get rid of the Sargsyan regime and build their own future. As the Azerbaijani side, we have stated many times that the Armenians living in Karabakh are our citizens, and we are ready to support them anyway within the framework of the constitution. We are ready to provide financial assistance to them as long as they protest against the regime and the aggressive policy of Armenia,” he said.

“Vahan Martirosyan, head of the “Intra-national Liberation Movement” organization, appealed to me for seeking political asylum in Azerbaijan. I sent his appeal to MP Azay Guliyev,” Novella Jafaroglu, Chairperson of the Society for Protection of Women Rights named after Dilara Aliyeva told APA.

Martirosyan’s request to get political asylum in Azerbaijan was approved, Jafarova noted.

Vahan Martirosyan, head of the “Intra-national Liberation Movement” organization, together with his wife and underage child has fled Armenia for Azerbaijan to seek political asylum to protect himself and his family.

For its activities, the opposition organization, led by Martirosyan has faced prosecution from Armenian state authorities and different officials.

Never heard of "Intra National Liberation Movement".
There goes another schizophrenic to Baku, later to come back and pretend to be innocent.
From the name of that organization, which I never heard of, that guy was already a paid saboteur by Baku. "Intranational"...
Sounds like an attempt to liberate us from Armenianness.
Didn't work out, run back to handlers...
If he was harassed, then I applaud our guys for kicking a mole out...

Secessionist Nagorno-Karabakh region warns Baku against raising tensions
                  Published September 06, 2015EFE

The self-proclaimed republic of Nagorno-Karabakh, a portion of Azerbaijani territory that is controlled by Armenian troops, on the weekend warned Baku that the current increase in tensions along the line separating the forces in conflict could have "unpredictable consequences."

The secessionists complained that Azerbaijani troops are violating the cease-fire that is in place for large-caliber weapons and mortars.

"These actions by the political-military authorities of Azerbaijan are causing unjustifiable deaths and their continuation could result in unpredictable consequences," said the so-called Defense Ministry of Nagorno-Karabakh in a communique.

The self-proclaimed break-away republic warned that "all responsibility for the increase in tension along the line of contact with the armed forces of Azerbaijan and its consequences falls on the Azerbaijani side."

The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said on Saturday that its troops had killed seven Armenian soldiers over the previous week along the border with Nagorno-Karabakh.

"The situation along the front line remains tense. In a week, Armenian military units have violated the cease-fire regime on 834 occasion, using mortars and high-caliber submachine guns," Baku said in a statement.

The conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh, which lies within Azerbaijan but is populated mainly by ethnic Armenians, goes back to the collapse of the Soviet Union, when the region's Armenian population sought unification with Armenia, leading to a 1991-1994 war that left more than 25,000 people dead.

Armenian troops and their local allies now occupy the entire enclave and seven adjacent districts and have created a "security buffer" that represents just over a fifth of Azerbaijani territory. EFE

Armenian army incapable of figthing against any other army, says Armenian NGO leader
                      [ 18 September 2015 13:07 ]
Baku. Malahat Najafova – APA. Nobody in Armenia wants the resumption of war, the head of the Intra-national Liberation Movement Vahan Emilyevych Martirosyan, who earlier asked Azerbaijan for political asylum, said at a press conference in Baku on Sept. 18.

He said the older generation does not want the resumption of war at all. “Because, they remember how these two countries were friends at one time. The war can cause tragedy for both countries. Today, the Armenian army is incapable of fighting against any other army. There is no military patriotism in Armenia. The number of non-combat casualties is increasing. Armenian army will be doomed to failure in case of a war," he noted.

According to the Armenian human rights defender, the army is not led by Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan. “Though he is defense minister, nothing depends on him. He is just a figure. Decisions are passed by Chief of the General Staff Kachaturian. There is an expression called “tribe of Kachaturians” in Armenia. In case that any contract is concluded with the defense ministry, if an half of that amount doesn’t go into Kachaturian’s pocket, he cannot sleep at that night”.

Vahan Emilyevich Martirosyan, head of the Armenian Intra-national Liberation Movement, together with his wife and underage child fled to Azerbaijan to seek political asylum to protect himself and his familiy.

He has been prosecuted by Armenian state authorities and various officials for the activities of the pro-opposition Intra-national Liberation Movement which he leads.
