The guy in the photo is Head of the Staff of the Constitutional Court of Georgia Mr. Kartlos Kipiani.

Recently one of the major Armenian organizations -- the Yerkir Union -- sent him a letter related to Armeian political prizoner in Gerogia Vahagn Chakhalyan. Yerkir Union is a well-known organization in Armenia: they stared excvation of Tigranakert in Artsakh, etc.

The answer of Kartlos Kipiani has been: "xxxx off You mother xxxxers".... This answer was sent from his oficial email address: [email protected]

Thank you for alerting us Javakh. This needs to reach Armenian media quickly. The culprit also has a Facebook page.

It is only a matter of time before Russia suckers Saakashvili into another adventure and Armenian, Javakh, and Abkhazi share a common border.

An Armenian user (Desperado) prepared a text of petition against this incident. Please use this text (or prepare your own) to send a protest to organizations you now.
Here is the text:

Dear sirs,

My name is ..., I am….

The whole Armenian community throughout the world is deeply concerned with the fact that the Head of the Public Service Bureau of the Constitutional Court of Georgia, Mr. Kartlos Kipiani has given a very rude and impolite answer to the letter sent by the "Union YERKIR" regarding a provocation that may be planned by the Georgian authorities against Javakheti Armenian prisoner Vahagn Chakhalian.

Armenians worldwide want to understand what is the reason of such a tough and coarse "answer". Does it have anything in common with democratic values?
