There is a article in The Diplomat Magazine about China's involvement in the caucuses. You allowed five visits and I used mine up to that cite and could not read it. Can someone copy/paste the article or summerise it for us?

Let us hope the start of this war by the aliyev will bring them to their demise. There is a new story that is developing called the "Panama Papers" exposing the corruptions and money shuffling around the world of major politicians and corrupt people/families. ISTANBUL—Leader of Turkey’s Pro-Kurdish Peoples Democratic Party (HDP) Salahettin Demirtas, placed the blame on the escalation of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict squarely on the Turkish president and prime minister, reported the Agos newspaper.

“Nagorno Karabakh is a self-governing region. Armenia and Azerbaijan must settle the issue around the negotiating table, as war will be of no benefit any of the sides,” said Demirtas who added that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu’s announcements began inciting the latest military aggression by Azerbaijan.

By making statements such as “Azerbaijan should xxxxxle and pass,” Demirtas said, “fits the logic of inspiring war.”

Turkey Pledges To Back Azerbaijan On Karabakh
Turkey’s Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu joined his country’s president Recep Tayyip Erdogan to announce Turkey complete support for Azerbaijan in the Nagrono-Karabakh conflict, the Russian news agency, TASS, reported Tuesday/

“Let the whole world know that Turkey will be shoulder to shoulder with Azerbaijan until the end of time,” the prime minister said. “We will continue supporting Azerbaijan in all the issues, including Nagorno-Karabakh, until all its lands are liberated,” Davitoglu told parliament Tueday.

On Monday, Erdogan, speaking at a meeting of the General Assembly of the Turkish Red Crescent Society, said Ankara would continue supporting Baku in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. He also said that he thought Nagorno-Karabakh would someday be part of Azerbaijan.

“I have expressed condolences to my friend (President of Azerbaijan) Ilham Aliyev on the raging conflict. I continue to offer condolences to the military and the entire Azerbaijani people over the loss of life, because the fighting still continues there and intense fighting is underway,” he said. Erdogan recalled that “Turkey had always sided with Azerbaijan in the Nagono-Karabakh issue and would continue to offer support (to it).”

Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ կարեւորագույն խնդիրը պետք է լիներ գործընկերների եւ աջակցության ապահովումն աշխարհում, տարբեր խոշոր պետություններից սպառազինության ձեռքբերումը:
Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն երկիրը հասցրել է միջազգային մեկուսացման ու քաղաքական շրջափակման, իսկ ինքն իրեն արտաքին գործերի նախարար կոչող մարդը՝ Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը, դարձել է Ռուսաստանի հավաքագրված գործակալը եւ կատարում է խնդիրները բացառապես Ռուսաստանի շահերից:

Արդյունքում Հայաստանը զրկվել է միջազգային աջակցությունից, իսկ միջազգային հանրության խաղաղասիրական հայտարարությունները պայմանավորված են միայն խնդրի ձեւական կողմով:
Կոչեր են հնչում աշխարհին, սակայն միջազգային հանրության մեծ մասը ցանկանում է Ռուսաստանի քաղաքականության տապալումը, այն, որ Ռուսաստանն ընդունակ չէ կատարել պատերազմը դադարեցնելու իր «խոստումները»: Արեւմուտքը շարունակում է ցուցադրել Ադրբեջանի վրա ազդելու եւ իրադարձությունները վերահսկելու հարցում Ռուսաստանի անընդունակությունը:
Ռուսաստանն անգործունակ պետություն է, որը չի կարող կառավարել Կովկասը: Ինչո՞ւ պետք է Արեւմտյան հանրությունը միջամտի պատերազմին ու օգնի Ռուսաստանին Կովկասում լիակատար վերահսկողություն հաստատելու, հակամարտության գոտում զինված սադրանքները վերահսկելու ու սեփական խաղաղարար զորքը մտցնելու հարցում:

Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը պետք է պատասխանատվություն կրի ազգային դավաճանության համար: Պետք է պարզել նաեւ, թե հայկական դիվանագիտական կորպուսում էլ ով է մասնակից այս իրավիճակին:
ՆԱՏՕ-ի շտաբ-բնակարանում Նալբանդյանին բացահայտ անվանում են ռուսական ագենտուրա եւ զարմացած են, թե ինչու են նրան ուղարկում Բրյուսել: Գործնականում նույնն են ասում նաեւ Վաշինգտոնում: Նկատի է առնվում, որ նրա հետ անհնար է խոսել, քանի որ այդ զրույցներն անմիջականորեն ուղարկվում են Մոսկվա: Ոչ Բրյուսելում, ոչ էլ Վաշինգտոնում չեն ցանկանում խոսել Մոսկվայի հետ, նրանք ցանկանում են խոսել Երեւանի հետ:

Հայաստանը հայտնվել է չափազանց խոցելի վիճակում, եւ ժամանակն է արմատապես փոխել արտաքին քաղաքականությունը, եթե դա հնարավոր է: Մոսկվայի ՄԳԻՄՕ-ում Նալբանդյանի հետ սովորած մարդիկ զարմացած են, թե ինչու են նրան նշանակել արտաքին գործերի նախարար, չէր որ նա չի կարող թեկուզ քիչ ինչ հակառակվել Մոսկվայի դիկտատուրային:

Երկրին պետք են նոր ԶԼՄ-ներ, որտեղ կաշխատեին նորմալ, ռուսներից անկախ լրագրողներ ու մեկնաբաններ: Պրոռուսական կողմնորոշման այսպես կոչված քաղաքագետներն ու լրագրողները ներկայում էլ, երբ արյուն է հեղվում, շարունակում են պաշտպանել Ռուսաստանի շահերը: Ժողովուրդն իրավունք ունի իմանալ իրականությունը, նույնիսկ նրանք, ովքեր ստրուկի պես կառչած են Ռուսաստանի «հավատարմությունից»:

Այս պատերազմը տեղի է ունեցել Հայաստանի միջազգային մեկուսացման, նրա քաղաքական ու ռազմա-տեխնիկական անօգնականության պայմաններում: Ինչո՞ւ այդպես եղավ, ինչո՞ւ է Ռուսաստանը շրջափակել Հայաստանը քաղաքականապես ու ռազմա-տեխնիկակապես: Ո՞վ է Հայաստանում նպաստել դրան ու չի հակազդել Ադրբեջանին ամենաժամանակակից զենք տրամադրելու հարցում:
Սա նոր թեմա չէ, այդ մասին բազմիցս գրել են Հայաստանի 2-3 կայք: Սակայն այս ամենն արձագանք չի ունեցել: Ինչո՞ւ:

For our members here who are so infatuated with the idea that Russia will help us at any cost. Just know where you stand on the list of Russian priorities and consider growing a spine. Rely on our own selves first, secondary with allies.

The last sentence I agree with but that article clearly states that this change of venue is due to the kazakhs yet you still blame Russia. I guess you been spending time with Vrej1915?
