Only to be expected! In America they do the same. And in Russia, And in Iran. In fact probably the majority in Armenia would prefer to become Americans, Russians, Canadians, French, British, Italian, Swiss...They would like Armenianism as a hobby, just as it is for the majority of Armenians living outside Armenia and Karabakh

Economic hardship is the reason that some in Armenia emigrate. But what what a nonsense are you saying that Armenians prefer to be such and such?
Everything is an issue of culture. We have survived against all odds because of our strong and high standarded culture.
Yes, our high culture. If you see Armenians in anywhere, even in Europe, unless their own culture is dying inside them, they keep pointing and rejecting aspects of local culture their perspecive as what they see lower or bad in locals. But those can only do if they got their own culture inside.
Like in Russia always looking at men being drunk and with less ambitions and pride.
Marriage, is the Trojan horse that with personal feelings replaces ones culture/character with stronger (usually local) partner's identity.
I have never seen any Armenian wanting to become somebody else. This idea is absurd, because that person is not an Armenian anymore. Nobody will come and say "I want to change my nationality" because you will simply talk to another nationality. You will never know this person was Armenian, French or what. You will only know who you're talking now.
So any person that calls himself Armenian, and according to census there are 10 million in the world, never wants to be another national but Armenian.
Admiring other nations is diffrent issue. Actually admiring other nations is not bad in my opinion if we want to learn from them and be progressive in our culture, which will make it a living culture.

A loose alliance between Russia, Iran and Turkey could be the future for the region

Armenia, Azerbaijan, Karabakh and also maybe Georgia and Abkhazia plus Syria and Iraq may become part of such a group

ISIS successfully splits Deir Ezzor enclave in two

ISIS-affiliated Amaq News Agency has announced that it has successfully split the government-held pockets of Deir Ezzor in two.

The terrorist group are now besieging the military air base that has been separated from the city.

To successfully besiege the military base, ISIS has relentlessly been sending in suicide bombers to weaken the Syrian Army defences.

Over 40 Syrian air strikes was not enough to divert the waves of ISIS attacks.

The cemetery is still under Syrian Army control and if ISIS do not quickly capture it, they remain susceptible to a counterattack and ending the siege.

Meanwhile the Syrian Army continue to repell the ISIS offensive on the southern axis in Panorama and Al-Mohandesin, whilst Syrian air strikes continue to target ISIS positions on Mt. Tharda.

The civilian areas of Al-Qossour and Al-Joura are being targeted by indiscriminate ISIS shelling resulting in the death of one woman and her daughter being injured.

It has been estimated that as many as 14,000 ISIS fighters are participating in this operation to capture Deir Ezzor from government forces.

Meanwhile, ISIS has promised a house and a wife in Deir Ezzor for every fighter who participates in the battle.

As a government enclave in the middle of ISIS territory, the Syrian Army serves as a thorn in the back and diverts many ISIS fighters from other fronts such as Mosul in Iraq.

The West may not be able to do very much if Turkey, Russia and Iran block it from the Middle east (except in the Arabian peninsula)

2- Dump it out of NATO.

3- Supply the kurds with advanced armaments.

4- Support the kurds as an autonomous state.

5- Turn half of the country (East) to a new "Syrian" destruction model.

6- By then Russia and Iran will distance themselves

Turks are obviously much more business minded than many Armenians, Greeks and others give them credit!

In the 19th century, businesses in Istanbul, Edirne, Izmir, Trabizon , Sivas (Sebastia) etc...(we have been told) were dominated by Greeks, J.e.w.s, Armenians, Assyrians, Bulgarians...

Suddenly in the 20th century, after Kemal got rid of everyone except the J.e.w.s, Turkish businessmen started to take charge of businesses left behind my the massacred minorities!

Did the sword-wielding Turks suddenly become transformed into smart businessmen?

Or were they already active in business, but Armenians and others prefer not to notice them?

The way I read your logic.
Give credit to the landlord from your basement dwelling to a high rise building that was forcefully taken over from your grandparents by some traveling criminal gang (we have been told) is in fact, an amazing businessman/landlord.
With all the crimes being committed in the building that is a public housing now, we should shut up and praise the “landlord” trying to attract potentially new millionaire tenants.

The premise of " terky " Russia, Iran is politics. Only Russia and Iran turned the tide in Syria. Terks are flip flopping connivers exclusively conniving for a completely different motive to Russia/Iran's forcefully successful operation. The terk part in the "Russia, iran , terk" politicle ploy is nothing more than a marriage of convenience for (Russia/Iran). The terks have been and are counter productive to the Russia/Iran endeavor. They (terk) endeavor has also been counter productive to west endeavor, because their agenda is a flip flop between who can suit their agenda. They have bared their conniving terk a.ss to both east and west. Both east and west as well as rest of world sees this opportunistic flip flop the hominoid terk is doing.
The accomplishments the Russia/Iran endeavor seek are the real substance. The terk is used by all (east/west) for the drooling morons they are.
Nobody trusts a terk. Btch tools are what the hominoid qualifies for amongst the real players.
