turks to Northern Europeans ... These are our territories now, we do as we please.

The Dutch government has infuriated President Erdogan’s supporters in the Netherlands by preventing two Ankara ministers from staging rallies for the Turkish diaspora. Footage from RT’s Ruptly agency captures the violent scenes that happened next.

Sweden has joined the ranks of European nations where Turkey is having problems staging rallies for Turkish citizens. The owner of a Stockholm venue has reportedly canceled a rental contract with the Turkish government, derailing a planned rally there.

Europe/west has helped and saved Turkey so many times and so much. Many centuries.
I am praying for final and irreversible break between Turkey and the west.
Then it will be broken up by Iran, Russia, and Arabs.
If turks think russia will help they are mistaken. Russia first will bring ir down to way below to what it is to controll it.

In 1918, Armenians and others (like Greeks and assyrians) thought ottoman Turkey was finished.
By 1920 republican Turkey under Kemal rose up (initially helped by the French and then Italians, Soviet Russia etc) and quickly Turkey was on the offensive again
Today, as in 1920, the west needs Turkey more than the other way round.
Erdoghan has many options, like Kemal

But there is one fundamental diffrence between kemal and erdogan, religion.
While kemal turned turkey to seculiarism, erdogan is turning it to islamism.
There is no way islamic turkey will get along with europe, specially now as islam is becoming more and more one of the big challenges that europe faces.
Islamic turkey no way can become truly allied with russia either, as Russia has its own problems with islam and panturkism.
Also, islamised sunny turkey definitely will get in deeper sunny/shia conflict with Iran.
So, in my opinion erdogan is zeroing turkey's options for future.
Deeper it will islamise ( and erdogan is just starting to) more it will be none compatible with western world.
Turkey us not saudi arabia, which ows its exidtence to western powers and their desire in using islamic fundamentalism for their geopolitical games.
