Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!


2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

    Բալայան. Կառավարությունը չի քննարկում Հալեպից հայերի տարհանման հարցը

    Հալեպում հրթիռակոծությունների թիրախում հայտնված հայերի տարհանման հարց Հայաստանի կառավարությունը չի քննարկում, «Ազատության» հետ զրույցում ասաց արտաքին գործերի նախարարության խոսնակ Տիգրան Բալայանը՝ շարունակելով, որ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հանձնարարությամբ՝ սիրիական հակամարտությունից տուժած բնակիչներին աջակցելու համար մոտակա օրերին երկու ինքնաթիռով Սիրիա կառաքվի մարդասիրական օգնություն։

    Հալեպահայերի թիվը մոտավոր հաշվարկներով կազմում է 8-ից10 հազար։

    Համացանցում շատ են քննադատությունները Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հասցեին, թե օգնություն ուղարկելու փոխարեն պետք է քայլեր ձեռնարկվեն՝ պատերազմի գոտուց դուրս բերելու կյանքի ու մահվան շեմին ապրող հալեպահայերին։

    Հալեպի Ազիզե թաղամասում ապրող Մայդա Բակալյանը պնդում է՝ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը վաղուց պետք է դուրս բերեր իրենց այստեղից։

    «Եվրոպա մեր հայերին կտանեն տուն կտան, տեղ կտան, դրամ կտան, մեր հայը սա չի՞ կարող անել, մի քիչ հայ մնացեք, ով որ կարող էր, ստեղից դուրս եկավ, բայց մենք՝ մնացածներս, բոլորս էլ օրվա հաց ենք հազիվ կարողանում վաստակել, և հիմա դա էլ արդեն չկա», - ասաց Բակալյանը։

    Ինչպես և նախորդ գիշերները, այս գիշեր ևս հալեպահայերը գրեթե աչք չեն փակել հրթիռների ձայներից։ Մայդան պատմում է, որ երեկ աչքի առաջ հրթիռից զոհվեց հարևանը։ «Հրթիռն ընկավ, Ալինի վրա առաստաղն ընկավ, մահացավ, ես էլ բալկոնում էի, Աստված մեր երեսը նայեց», - ասաց Մայդանը։

    Սիրիայի խորհրդարանի հալեպայ պատգամավոր, Բերիո թեմի բանբեր Ժիրայր Ռեիսյանը մինչդեռ հակադարձում է՝ տարհանման կարիք չկա, ովքեր կամենում են դուրս գալ Հալեպից, կարող են դա անել։

    «Որևէ երկրում, որտեղ պատերազմ է լինում, արդյո՞ք ժողովուրդը ձգտում է այլ երկիր տեղափոխվել։ Եվրոպայում երկու համաշխարհային պատերազմի ժամանակ, ժողովուրդն այլ երկիր տեղափոխվե՞ց, ի վերջո, երբ երկիրը պատերազմի մեջ է, մարդիկ իրենց տուն, տեղ, գործ, աշխատանք, ամեն ինչ ունեն՝ իրենց ակունքները, եկեղեցին, դպրոցը, այս ամենը թողած ուրիշ երկիր կգնա՞ն», - ասաց Ռեիսյանը։

    Հալեպում տպագրվող Գանձասար թերթի խմբագիր Զարմիկ Պողիկյանն «Ազատության» հետ հեռախոսազրույցում ասաց, որ հրթիռակոծությունների պատճառով հայկական կրթօջախներն այսօր փակ են։ Նա նշեց, որ վերջին օրերին Հալեպում վիճակն ավելի վատ է, քան անցած ամիսներին էր՝ քաղաքում ոչ ջուր կա, ոչ՝ էլեկտրամատակարարում, փողոցներում հատուկենտ մարդիկ են երևում։

    «Գանձասար»-ի խմբագրի փոխանցմամբ, հրթիռակոծությունները շարունակվում են, երեկ ահաբեկչական խմբավորումները կրկին հրթիռակոծել են Հալեպի Ազիզե, Մունշիե, Թելեֆոն, Հաուաի և Հանրային պարտեզի շրջանը:

    Պողիկյանի փոխանցմամբ, սիրիական բանակը օրերս գրավել է Հալեպի արևելյան շրջանի հյուսիսային հատվածը։

    Սիրիական պատերազմում անցած չորս տարիների ընթացքում հայ խաղաղ բնակչության շրջանում ավելի քան 120 մարդ է մահացել, շուրջ 30 հայազգի զինվորական էլ մահացել է սիրիական բանակի կազմում կռվելով: Հալեպից հեռացել է շուրջ 60 հազար հայ՝ պատերազմի մեջ դեռևս ապրում են տարբեր հաշվարկներով 8 հազարից 10 հազար հայ։

          Արաբագետը նշեց, որ Սիրիայում բարեբախտաբար շարունակում են գործել Հայաստանի դեսպանատունն ու հյուպատոսությունը: Նա նկատեց, որ այնտղ բավական փորձառու մարդիկ են աշխատում, հետևաբար կարող են իրականացնել իրենց առջև դրված խնդիրները:
          Ըստ Հայկ Քոչարյանի`կան դեպի Հալեպ տանող ճանապարհներ, որոնք վերահսկվում են կառավարական ուժերի կողմից: Հետևաբար, տեղում աշխատելով` հնարավոր կլինի ցանկացողներին դուրս բերել քաղաքից:

              Unfortunate that in 2016 we still have Armenians in Syria.

              We have blue skies over Hayastan. Hayastan is your home. You can return to Hayastan now after 100 years. Take this option before its late. Armenians fighting for Syria is a disgrace.....Use your knowledge & fighting skills against our #1 Enemy. Don't fight for some islamic dog country.

                      Հալեպում հրթիռակոծությունից 2 հայ է զոհվել։ Սիրիայում հրապարակվող «Գանձասար» հայկական թերթի տեղեկություններով՝ կրակի տակ է հայտնվել հայաբնակ Նոր Գյուղ թաղամասը։ Հրթիռակոծությունից զոհվել է 1986-ին ծնված Գասպար Շատոյանը եւ 1987-ին ծնված Մովսես Մովսիսյանը։ Վիրավորվել է Վարուժան Տոնապետյանը։

                      Հիշեցնենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 30-ից ահաբեկչական խմբավորումները հրթիռակոծում են Հալեպի հայաբնակ Նոր Գյուղ եւ Վիլլաներ թաղամասերը։
