Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!


2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

    Այսօր` կառավարության նիստից հետո, լրագրողները ԱԳ փոխնախարար Շավարշ Քոչարյանին հարցրեցին ԱԳ նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի պասիվ գործունեության մասին, որը մեծ դժգոհություն է առաջացրել հասարակության շրջանում: Փոխնախարարը խորհուրդ տվեց հետևել «սայտերին», որոնցում գրված է, թե Նալբանդյանը ում հետ է հանդիպել այս օրերին և ինչ հայտարարություններ է արել:

    Հարցին, թե տեղյա՞կ են, որ սոցիալական ցանցերում Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի հրաժարականի պահանջով նախաձեռնություն է ստեղծվել, նա պատասխանեց, որ հետևում են զարգացումներին և տեղյակ են:

    Հարցին, թե ինչո՞ւ ՀՀ վարչապետը որոշեց մասնակցել ԵՏՄ վարչապետերի խորհրդի նիստին, այն դեպքում, երբ անգամ նախագահը ակնարկեց, որ Երևանից նիստը տեղափոխելու որոշումն անարդարացի էր, Շավարշ Քոչարյանը պատասխանեց. «Կա երկու մոտեցում` մեկը պաշարված ամրոցի մոտեցումն է, այսինքն` երբ մեր շահերին դեմ ուղղված քայլերն ընդունում ենք պաշարված ամրոցի կեցվածքով՝ բոլորը մեզ թշնամի են, մենք մենակ ենք: Մյուս մոտեցումն այն է, որ բոլոր պետություններն առաջնորդվում են իրենց շահերով, և մենք, հաշվի առնելով դա, թույլ չպետք է տանք, որ մենք հայտնվենք այլ վիճակում, որովհետև մեր թշնամին՝ Ադրբեջանը, հենց այդ նպատակն է հետապնդում: Նա փորձում է այնպիսի քայլերի ուղղորդել մեր դաշնակիցներին, որ Հայաստանը, այսպես ասած, խռոված կեցվածքով հայտնվի մեկուսացման մեջ: Բայց մենք դա չպետք է թույլ տանք»:

    Ըստ փոխնախարարի` Ադրբեջանի այդ նպատակները թույլ չտալու համար, պետք է աշխատել հետևողականորեն ու բոլոր ուղղություններով: Շավարշ Քոչարյանը նշեց, որ, նեղացածի կարգավիճակ ընդունելով, Հայաստանը կտապալեր ԵՏՄ վարչապետերի խորհրդի նիստը: Եվ ճիշտն այն է, որ, այնուամենայնիվ, օգտագործվեր այդ հարթակը` ասելիքը տեղ հասցնելու համար, և արդյունքում` մոտակա նիստը որոշվեց անցկացնել Երևանում՝ մայիսի 20-ին:

    ԱԳ փոխնախարարը վստահեցրեց` ինչ որ պետք էր ասել ԵՏՄ գործընկերներին, ասվել է տարբեր մակարդակներով և դեռ ասվելու է:

      Այսօր լրագրողների հետ հանդիպել էին մտավորականներ, ովքեր վերջին օրերին սահմանին տիրող իրավիճակի մասին էին խոսում:

      Նրանք խոսեցին նաև Մադրիդյան սկզբունքների մասին, որը ենթադրում է նաև Ղարաբաղի որոշակի կարգավիճակ ստանալու դիմաց նաև հողերի հանձնում:

      Ռեժիսոր Նիկոլայ Ծատուրյանը նշեց, որ ամենամեծ միամտությունն է կարծել, թե, հանձնելով ինչ-որ շրջան, Ադրբեջանը ձեռքերը կլվա ու մի կողմ կքաշվի: Ավելին, ըստ նրա, այդպիսով մենք թույլ կտանք Ադրբեջանին ավելի մոտենալ Ղարաբաղին:

      «Ո՞վ է ասում, որ դրանից հետո խաղաղություն է լինելու: Հիմար միտք է, թե` եկեք հանձնենք 1-2 տարածք ու հանգիստ ապրենք, ոչ, դրանից հետո նրանք Ղարաբաղը կվերացնեն, նրանց ամբողջ Ղարաբաղն է հետաքրքրում»,- ասաց Ծատուրյանը:

      ՀԳՄ նախագահ Էդվարդ Միլիտոնյանն էլ նշեց, թե պատմությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ Ադրբեջանն անընդհատ տարածք է ուզում, նրանք անգամ Երևանն են իրենցը համարում ու ուզում: «Միտքը, որ եթե տարածքներ հանձնենք, Արցախն էլ կարգավիճակ ստանա, ու վերջ` խաղաղ ապրելու ենք, ռոմանտիկ ցանկությունների ոլորտից է: Ընդհակառակը` 1-2 տարածք տալով` Ադրբեջանի ախորժակն ավելի կբացվի»,- ասաց Միլիտոնյանը:

        «Նրանք մեզ պետք չեն: Թող մտածեն իրենց ուկրաինական ճակատի մասին: Լկտիությունն այնտեղ է հասել, որ ռուս եկեղեցու ղեկավար Կիրիլը հայտարարում է, որ Թուրքիայում ազգային փոքրամասնություններին չեն ճնշել: Այ Կիրիլ ջան, գիտենք, որ ԿԳԲ-ի առնվազն գեներալ կարող ես լինել դու, բայց ինչու ես ստեր հայտարարում»,- մասնավորապես ասել է նա:x

          If you needed any proof or confirmation that he is a mouse we have had many tests which he failed miserably.

          However it was not nature that appointed him as FM.
          The person who appointed him should have had some expectations.
          The person who appointed him should by now have thought “sh.ite, I made a very big mistake. I will get rid of him next opportunity”.

          No such thing.

          That is called bad management.

          It was the same story with the former “prime minister”.
          He did not have the balls to fire him even though the country was brought to its knees, economy wise.

          These are very sensitive times, not the time to utter what I want to say.
          I hope you understood who I was talking about.

            His name was Yevgeni Primakov.
            He happened to be the father in low of this individual, adviser of Putin, designer of russian MID policy, close friend since KGB years of Heydar Aliyev.

                «Բողոքի նոտա հղել» բառակապակցությունը շարքային քաղաքացու մոտ կարող է խորհրդավոր սարսափի զգացողություն առաջացնել, սակայն դա պարզապես ինչ-ինչ հարցերի վերաբերյալ դժգոհություն արտահայտելու դիվանագիտական պրակտիկայում ընդունված ձև է, այդ նոտան էլ ընդամենը հատուկ տիպային շարադրանք պարունակող պաշտոնական նամակ է իրենից ներկայացնում: Երբ պետությունը չունի արտաքին քաղաքականություն, ուզում ես նոտա հղիր, ուզում ես մի հղիր, դրանից ոչինչ չի փոխվի: Կարևոր է, որ, վերջապես, թե մեր իշխանական դասը, թե մեր քաղաքացիները հասկանան, որ արդյունավետ արտաքին քաղաքականությունը պաշտոնական նամակագրության վիճակագրական ցուցանիշներից կախված չէ: Դրա արդյունավետությունը կախված է բացառապես նրանից, թե երկրի իշխանությունը որքանով է տիրապետում իրավիճակին արտաքին քաղաքական միջավայրում, որքանով է կարողանում այդ միջավայրի հետ ունեցած փոխազդեցությունների դաշտում սեփական երկրի անվտանգության, տնտեսական բարգավաճման և բազում այլ հարցերի լուծման համար նպաստավոր պայմաններ ստեղծել: Ռուսաստանին բողոքի նոտա չհղվեց, Իսրայելին բողոք կարծես թե հղվեց, սակայն երկու դեպքում էլ արդյունքը նույնն է՝ Ադրբեջանին զենքն ԱՐԴԵՆ ՎԱՃԱՌՎԵԼ Է:

                  poor Shavarsh Kotcharyan...... forced to defend the indefendable....., not in forein diplomatic circles... but against his own people.
