The Kurds are go to full extend Rojava all across the Syrian-Turkish border. They'll have explicit Russian air and artillery cover. Meanwhile Syrian Army forces will push NE fro Latakia and kill off the remaining Turkmens and al-qaeda forces there thus linking up with the Kurds. Turkey will no longer have a shared border will ISIL or its other terrorist allies. Russia has Turkey on lockdown.

If true (and the attack is successful), it will likely lead to confrontations between the PKK affiliate and Turkey.

We have been waiting for this movie for a century now.

The title will be "Saving Private Kamel"

The Turks will harvest what they've sown and the Kurds in a way are paying their own penance though I'd rather see the Kurds win this one.
