Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

Yes, percieved by some minds i guess so.

But perhaps some study what has happened to their people, what happened to other people, and what is happening today??? And please, flame me by associating my comments with those of of a dictator of whom who's actions are well documented. Nice points of view you work from here... Chastise Jews, their comments on one board and then quote their persecuter on the next. All i can do is tell you of what will be, not what my paranoid head thinks will be. Cool, do something smart for yourselfs... put guns down, try talking. And before i get your interpretations of that, forget it. Live like pigs in a third world country... Cuz till you wise up, that is all you can be. 40% poverty. How many of you that use computers fall into that category???

Keep your Armenians straight genius. I was actually chastizing Armenians on the other board for what seems to be a scary undercurrent of anti-Semitism in the comments of others at this board. I was speaking out against it so I'd appreciate a retraction of your accusation. Also, where did I quote Hitler? I was using him as an example to show the error of your ways saying the British are the best to teach peace to others since they have been so non-peaceful through their history. Clearly that was an absurd comment. All you are doing is taking my correct comments and incorrectly finding "faults" with them to attack me with that has nothing to do with the facts I am presenting. Enough with these almost impossible to understand and incorrect character attacks on me and get back to the facts of what I was telling you. So where was I... oh yeah that you are completely wrong in all your Britain is the best for Iraq because we are so peaceful because I pointed out how Britain not only is one of the most unpeaceful countries in the world but its meddling has helped lead to the very Iraq war we find ourselves in. Care to counter with something factual and not random invokings of God and/or holier than thou speak that doesn't address what I just said?

wow very nice things you have to say about Armenia, maybe this girl Narineh should hear this. Living like pigs in a third world country? if you only knew anything about Armenia i would take this offensively. Obviously you dont know jack shyt. Dont try telling us to wise up and put down our weapons to solve problems, we arent idiots and we certainly dont need the british teaching us how to fix our problems.

When we Armenians had an advanced, flourishing civilization your people were still running around in leather jerkins clubbing the crap out of each other over who got the antelope.

Oh, no my gut tells me not to respond to this thread, but I just have to do it. I'm just laughing right now.

Lol, did I hear him right:"Put down those guns and start talking." WHAT? Isnt the British in this war? Wait I havent been watching TV in a long time. Did something happen I dont know about?

          P. S. Why dont you stop acting like a pig. I'm suprised you even like an Armenian girl after what you just said. Its a shame to hear this.
You can't hold a man down without staying down with him.

Yeah, I was also going to stop responding and accuse him of being a troll. But the notion that there is somebody like him in Britain who actually thinks the way he does was so appauling I wanted to set him straight. Since I now see that is impossible I too give up- but certainly not for a lack of trying. I have shoved an insane amount of sense into him but seeing as he has no ability to comprehend it- or is just being a troll- I am finished as well.

I hear jibes because i say do not live in the past. Then they say "it was only early 70's".... yes, In politics a long time ago. To argue the claim that things do not change so fast i will just mention the Berlin Wall, the break up of the former ussr. And many more...

We are moving toward world peace. Armenian people do not see this. The Czech Republik lived as you do, but they have seen where they were going wrong. In the Ukraine, they have said "NO" to corruption. Please watch them grow for my proof. All embargos will be lifted, free trade.

We were at war with France for over 200 years, then one day someone said hey, rather than watch our children die why not try talking to them???? Reach an agreement. What I am saying is that each year you spend 6% of your GDP on military, yet 40% of your people live in poverty???? To europe that is crazy, cruel... stupid. It makes Armenia look unstable. And why you do this??? Because of Turkey. Even now you think all will attack you, you have no trust... Other nations will not trust you if you do not trust.

All I can say is that within 20 years you will all know a new way of life, and you will trust... And this forum will still be open, so thank me then, Amen.
An Outsider can not see the problem and solution clearly, you are an outsider after all. Does an Englishmen or American know what is best of an Iraqi? Of course not. Iraqis have lived in their country with their laws and they have all been well off. As an outsider, you do not reaize that the Middle East is not a EUROPE, violence is still the name of the game. Women are not mistreated, this is just something that is blown way out of prespective by Westerners.

The nations that are all of a sudden clinging onto Europe have no future. Does it matter if you chose a Russia or Europe? No, you are stilll a pawn, only with Europe, you are a well dressed pawn. It is all lies, Obi. Europe or America or Russia do not look after the world's interest, they look after their own.

6% is still quite little seeing our situation is getting worse by the day. America has seen the opportunity in gaining the upper hand in the area and is providing Georgia and Azerbaijan with more military aid. You really can not fight against that.

In 20 years, Armenia will cease to exist because of a constant tug-of-war between America, Europe, and Russia.

All of us live outside Armenia in 1st world countries. We all have some form of education and a variety of viewpoints.

You mistake us for illiterate third world citizens, we're not. Armenians have never been in any type of Agressive war since the time of Tigrant (100A.D.). After that, we have been preety much pacifist, only fighting to defend.

To be fair, there are anti-zionists and pro-zionists on this board. I am anti-zionist, hyejinx is pro. We all have preety much static POV.

I don't know, you seem preety clean, Obi...perhaps it is because I am not English or American, if I were, I would want the best for my country...

In 20 years if all goes as planned I will be the President of Armenia. If nothing has been done by then at least trust that everything will be fixed after I am in office. Idiots like hayq will be spanked in republic square and the spanking will be broadcast throughout the world on major news organizations with headlines like "Idiot predicting downfall of Armenia 20 years ago spanked severely in public, englishman who talks out of his ass is up for a spanking tomorrow!!!"
