The name Persia is a misunderstanding by the Western historians. Iran was always called Iranzamin and people in Iran are Iranians and not Persians. Iranian and Persian are the same thing. Replacing the term Persian with "Iranian" Azeri Turks are trying to include themselves in some imaginary history of Iran when Azeri Turks did not even live in Iran. The purpose of all this is to prove that there was no Persian Empire and it was an "Iranian Empire". And Azeri Turks are "Iranians" and are inheritors of history and traditions of "Iranian Empire" as Azeri Turk Shirin Ebadi claims. The zionists are trying to use Kurds and Azeris against Tehran. Kurds need to keep their guns pointed at turkey and not bother the Iranian regime.

Ahmedinejad is not an Azeri guy..but why he's bombing PKK's guerilla camps(kurdish worker'S party) at Kandil Mountain,Northern Iraq.is he tryin to be a good neighbour of Turkey,i don't think so...i couldn't find a reason ..i mean what kind of problem can he have with Kurdish militants?we know that there's great numbers of Kurdish communities in Iran.And this topic made me feel that he might have connections with Turkish fascist organization or secret services..

I see that you do not know Iranian politics. He is both Azeri and shows grey wolves sign. You can see that in the picture too. The primary goal of pan turks in Iran is the union of Tehran-Tabriz-Baku into a political Union to run the Azeri Turk Empire. I wonder if you have ever seen an Azeri Turk in your life?

I've seen plenty of Azeri Turks. I've even been near a bunch of them. Ahmadenijad is defenitely no Azeri.
