Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

    Clear enough?
I was hoping for you not to make an arrogant call about how much of an Armenian I am or not. I''l go easy and be nice about it since my brother already called you every name in the book when he saw your post. By the way, that would be the Armenian book...not American.

First you should know, EVERYONE in my family including me the Lieutenant at the Texas highway patrol, have first and non translated Armenian names. My older son has my fathers first name and my fathers first name was Armen. Thats what everyone know him by everywhere. The same with the rest of my family. So not one person in my family has an English first name other than my brothers wife and my wife.

The fringes of Armenian society/community I was brought up in is my parents and grandparents home you are referring to until 12 years ago where I spend everyday I am not on the road working at the Armenian center where me and the "non-Armenian" I am married to have few responsibilities we volunteered for including teaching the kids about drugs awayness.

I speak Armenian unless I am at work, even with the "non-Armenian" I am married to. Everyday, every time and all the time. Besides my brother and I, two sisters are married to Armenians, one from Michigan and resides there and the other from Armenia, family given nick name"Borat" looks just like him. Moved to Austin two years ago, A week After he married my sister. Thats why I was in Yerevan in 2006 with my entire family. Thats when my brother and I saw these nice apartments we are interested in. I spend more time with Armenians than anyone else.

Again, The fact that I was born in the greatest state of the Union has nothing to do with how much of an Armenian I am.

You guys can call me an airhead, an idiot all you want. Thats your opinion, It shows that you have no respect for a fellow Armenian posting on here. You could say you dont agree with me rather than verbally abusing me which is what bullies do. I never called anyone names or verbally abused anyone here. i respect opinions.

Its just my opinion and the priest at my church agrees with me so I have valid points. It's my life experience. Everything I said is true.

I went to Glendale, thats what happened, its true. I know alot of Armenians who think Glendale is an embarassment to Armenians including my priest. Not everyone in Glendale of course, but alot of people there are A$$holes. The priest at my church agrees with me.

Yes I was told I was white washed for not knowing how to speak Armenian and not a real Armenian. I never heard the term "white Washed" until I visited Glendale. They seem to be ignorant about the history of Armenians in America.

I think someone should address the racism Armenian immigrants have towards Armenians who are American, whose grandparents came to the US after the genocide. Its pretty sad and unfortunate.

I'm sorry if I offended anyone but everything I said is true.

Armenian, thats really unfortunate that you think those things about me because I think your very smart and make good posts. Oh well!

You actually took offense at what I said??? My 'impression' of you was based on how 'you' described yourself. WTF! Please, tell me you are kidding... OK. You're not kidding. Anyway, I see what I'm dealing with now - a massive ego, with an "Texan" attitude. Thanks for clearing it up, Tex. Please tell your brother to post his insults here, I would love to see them.

Listen, stop the BS. You are born in one of the shit holes of the US. Many of the vilest things about the US is represented by Texas. And I believe it's occupied territory and should go back to Mexico. Well, it already is going back to Mexico

See Tex, I can be nasty to. Anyway, I am done with you. One thing I can't tolerate is ignorant individuals with massive egos and an attitude. So I hand you over to our resident psychotic he/she called Siamanto. I am sure you and he/she will have a wonderful time here.

                TXMENIAN,
Please don't take it personally, and keep in mind that
1- The psychotic skinhead - i.e. paranoid, megalomaniac, feeling persecuted, fascinated by conspiracy theories - does not tolerate anybody who does not believe in his conspiracy theories, wet dreams of uniformity, militarism, theocratic dictatorship - Iran being his favorite model etc. etc.
2- The skinheads of this forum - who disguise themselves as "nationalists," though noisy, do not represent the Armenian Nation - i.e. neither the Diaspora nor The Republic of Armenia; actually, they constitute a negligible minority that is decreasing in numbers with every new generation. In other words, they are of no future value

P.S. I will reply to your post, later.

I see that Katchn Nazar - who has the reputation to bark like an annoying dog, but bite like a toothless/thoughtless fish - is doing the parrot, as I have always considered you - and I still do - a psychotic - from a clinical/psychological point of view???
Just curious, do you even know what psychosis is, what is the syndrome that characterizes psychotic behavior???? By discovering the meaning of Psychosis, and what is the Psychotic Syndrome, you may learn the necessary words to accurately describe your behavior and psyche. Also, it may help you to better understand and manage your pathological emotional fragility/unbalance/instability.
*wonders what he will find in Psychology for Dummies or on Google. waits to be amused*

For the last time, ARMENIANS ARE CAUCASIAN, WHITE, ARYAN, INDO-EUROPEAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Any Armenian that doesn't know this is an idiot, and any Armenian that disagrees with this is a complete dumb@ss.
I have relatives with blond, red, brown, and dark brown hair, curly and straight hair. Also relatives with green, blue, brown, hazel and grey eyes.
So I don't want to hear from you or anyone else that blond and blue are "white" features, and brown and dark brown are non "white" features.

If you really want to know about Armenian racial/ethnic makeup then pm, otherwise please stop with the "old Armenians are white, new Armenians are some other race".

There are many nasty "Armenians" in glendale and southern cali in general, I've been there, seen it and used to have relatives there. However, there are nasty Armenians all over the world, just southern cali has the highest number of Armenians in the u.s. therefore more dumb@ss'.
For the first time in more than 600 years, Armenia is free and independent, and we are therefore obligated
to place our national interests ahead of our personal gains or aspirations.

If you were Armenian you will NOT post "Armenian people".

"and make good post" interesting selection of words.
It is always hard to disassociate one's reasoning from their native culture and try to pass for someone they are not.

Anyone can go back and see your posts. Either they are about Armenian divisions or people that Armenians are ashamed off. Finds us another "Armenian" porn star.
