You know, that's a straw-man argument. Also, the law didn't ban being homosexual, but acting openly gay. No court of law can prove a man is homosexual unless he's openly gay. Thus, you're

Men can get HIV virus from women, people have gotten HIV from blood transfusions, and drug addicts. Yes AIDS is higher in gay population because of their type of activities, but that doesn't mean non-gay people don't suffer from it. Look at Africa.

All you need to be is exposed to bodily fluids such as seamen and blood to get the virus. So a man can get it from a women as well or drug addicts. Though you are more at risk of getting from the back. And people don't get AIDS, they get HIV virus.

Armenian population consider gay as sick, abnormal people and usually ovoid having any contact with them, otherwise you will be treated the same way.

I think these cases should remain under doctors jurisdiction, politicians have nothing to do with it. Manifesting that gays/sick should have “democratic” right to remain sick is nonsense.
