Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

THAT put you in a bad mood? My teacher was telling the class today about how Armenian women go to Turkey for prostitution. Ugh... so we've got xxxxxs over THERE, Armo-haters over HERE and my mom asking me "why don't you marry an Armenian girl?" I know I know I know, I'm generalizing to a ridiculous extent here, but still... it seems with each passing day I hear or learn something about Armenian girls which disapoints and/or saddens even more.

Isn't your mom jumping the gun a little bit? You know, before 'marrying an Armenian girl' comes 'dating an Armenian girl'.

Also, I think you shouldn't stress about this whole Armenian girls thing so much... Not all Armenian girls are of the forms you seem to know all too well, as in either too loose (wh0re-y), too whitewashed/blackwashed, and/or too stupid or seemingly smart because of credentials from school but so gosh darned ditzy and stupid sounding it's hard to believe they can breathe without being prompted (<-- my personal favorites, I love to be mean to/ make fun of such girls (and guys) ). There are quality Armenian girls out there, you just have to be a quality Armenian guy to get one...

Armenian women go to Turkey for prostitution because they see the starving faces of their children. I know that because I live a comfortable life here, I can not begin to understand why an Armenian woman would ever do that, but who am I to judge? WHere are the jobs? Where's govt. aid? Our president (of Armenia) is sitting high and mighty on his "throne", being fed grapes by naked women, whiping his assss with money that should be given out to his people.

If you think you're disappointed about Armenian women, here's a little story for you:

Glendale, 2003. A girl is raped by 7 (seven) Armenian guys, all taking turns on her like train. After she gets home, she doesn't report it to the police for fear of ruining her REPUTATION. What happens? These guys go to their friends and tell them about their little encounter. They start spreading lies about this girl. Well, needless to say, this lie gets to the ears of her parents. Her father beats her until she passes out. They take her to the emergency room, and she doesn't file any charges against ANYONE, including her father. A week after that, her lifeless body is found near a lake.

          Hmm...yea, I'm pretty disappointed.

Thought of the day: If you plan on having children, my advice would be to move to Tuscany and raise them among the grapvines and orchards, instead of on Glenoaks and Market Place.

This just goes to show you that we can't have a 'holier than thou' attitude towards non-Armenian people and we can't go around saying 'No, not Armenians, not us, we're better than other people' because we have sh!tty, terrible, disgraceful, dirty excuses for human beings, just as other cultures do. There are good and bad people everywhere, and the best we can do is be good ourselves and make sure that is we know of miserable people like these guys, we report them, Armenian or not, so something can be done to get these menaces to society out of society so they can't do any more harm to anyone. Now, moving on to this girl... Where was she that seven guys attacked her like that without anyone noticing something was going on? In a back alley somewhere? What was she doing alone with seven guys? Having a 'bad reputation' is no excuse for not reporting this crime because you know you're going to have a reputation either way and the best thing to do is report the crime and press charges so that there will be seven less menaces to society out there. So they won't be able to hurt anyone else. Also, the first thing she should have done was go to her parents and tell them what happened. That was her parents would not be pissed that she was being called a wh0re and would have taken steps to remedy the situation. What kind of backwards father is this anyway? So probably she has a terribly strict father who doesn't let her go out and she probably sneaked out or something and got herself into this mess. Everyone is to blame in this situation, so you blame no one and the first thing you do is go after the guys who did this, not beat on your own daughter. Stories like this disgust me, from beginning to end.

I think you're wrong. There is crime everywhere, even in Tuscany. Running away, are we? If you discipline your children and apply the proper amount of strict guidelines while they are growing up, then you'll see how much messes like this can be avoided. The problem is children running around doing whatever they want and having no guidelines, growing up 'gangsta', with no morals, no sense of right and wrong, no proper discipline from parents, and being the little sh!ts you see running around mouthing off to adults. They need some sense beat into them, seriously. Arghhh! Pisses me off!!

I said disapointed and/or saddened. The prostitution thing saddens me. The Armenian girls living around here disapoint me.

The men are worse than the women no doubt. But I'm not trying to have babies with guys so I don't talk about it as much. To be fair, the guys piss me off more than the women since it's because of THEIR actions that we have such disillusioned girls.

God, this is a sad state of affairs, someone kill me now.

Well, toilet paper debate and how to wipe your butt threads aren't too popular of late. For this I am glad.
