there is some sort of problem here, but i am not going to get into this... winoman keep up the power... tigran jan relax, armenians are mediteranian, we were indiginous to that land... we were poeple that didnt move around and we stayed there forever... and people from the north or what have you have been proven by anthropoligical studies, MOVED! from the centre (egypt or greece or armenian plateau) LONG LONG time ago, to the north... we need to say things like ARMENIANS! are from the MEDITERANIAN and CAUCASIAN culture and you northern people are our decendents not the other way around...

have you taken an anthro class? you would know that people lived in areas of the globe where it was possible to live, and due to human errors (wars, hatred, etc...) they moved away...

this ridiculas assertion that we are "white" makes no sense because they WERE from where we ARE from... they left, we didnt... they moved, we didnt... It is MUCH more likely that they are descendents from greeks, armenians, assyrians, egyptians, etc... then we are descendents from them...

i'd rather be armenian or greek then some shmuck spainard who were descendents from the Moors...

And then you wonder why you are discriminated against? You say "i have armenian blood i am not gonna waste that on an american" But yet you are willing to take advantage of the benefits you gain from the PRIVILEGE of living in this country. Go back to your country and see how your government treats you there. You obviously left for a reason. I feel that if you live in this country, you should be willing to die for it as it is for you. You don't have to give up your culture for that. Being a proud American doesn't make you a less of an armenian.

I lived in Glendale, CA for quite some time "The damn capital of Armenia". I didn't check the date, and Bako is derived from Bagrat, if I need to explain who the Bagratouni's were you need to do serious checking of who is more Armenian.
