Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

it's stupit to have anatolia only for Turks. maybe im not thinking as a fascist turk but i'd like to tell it objective as a christ. turk

i just want to have Turkish lands as "Anatolia", not Turkey, not Ottoman Empire, not fascist land. But i also dont want this lands as Armenia, or Kurdistan or any Arabic country etc... also shouldnt be also 1 religion, or 1 official language...

    Anatolia is too complicated,

well, if i was Ataturk between 1888-1938, and if i would make a new country, if i would have that power, i'd like to do that:

    Country :Anatolia Republic
Ethnich : Turkish, Kurdish, Armenian, Greek, Arabs and some Jewish etc...
Official Lang : Turkish, Kurdish, Armenian
Official religion: There is no f*cking offical religion --> it's fascism [as today turkey has islam]

It's damn stupit to own a country just by Turks... why? in past, there was different people,

or if we think so, original Turks comes from asia, Turkey can not be owned by just Turks, its already idiotic to have Anatolia as Turkey, its also problem to Turkey as today we see...

Today %60 of Turks Fascist, %30 of Turks not, %10 of Turks dont care anything.

We should to win fascism, both side, as Turks and as Armenians. We have nothing to do like this, just with arguments, fights or wars. we have nothing to do with killing. todays big problem is fascism. Hell, if you think just 5 minutes, you can understand that we all have enough space to live in earth.

But i can understand anger of Armenian, Greek and other people, many many years Ottoman Empire, Ottoman Occupation, Ottoman Genocide made you hate Turks, and all Turks...

It does not matter if i just want recognize what happened in past, and if i call for friendship, still fascist people will provocate from both nationalities.

there are many ways to solve this problem but its impossible to solve when there are fascist and provocator people.

if something wrong, correct me =)

multicultural/multiracial/multiethnic countries shouldnt have multicultures/multiraces/multiethnics in their lands, there should be independence for each multicultures/multiraces/multiethnics /// or it should be just Anatolia and include+respect all multicultures/multiraces/multiethnics and live together but there is no respect today in turkish lands.

And by saying and (I presume) believing this, you are also saying that the Armenian Genocide was both inevitable and acceptable. In the years before WW1 the Turkish ruling elite conciously chose to eliminate all non-Turks from Anatolia in order to end forever the multi-ethnic nature of the Ottoman Empire. Are you saying that their decision was correct?

And, for the last decade, in Northern Iraq, and with American support, they have been committing genocide against all the non-Kurdish communities there, whether they are Nestorian, Assyrian, Turkish, Arab, or Armenian.

Western 1/3 of Turkey go to Italy.
                Middle 1/3 go to Greeks.
                Eastern 1/3 go to Armenians.
Probably it's just the time for all the Armenians, especially the young and bright Armenians to try to get unchained from all this nonsense. I am the grand-grand child of a Turk who has lost most of his family to a massacre made by Armenians in 1912.

Being brain washed is to get information from only one source. Before slinging mud to Americans and Europeans, make sure you're out of your own brain washing circle.

By the way, check the poll results and vote, you're losing there very badly:

Well, I'd do it, but it's kinda not nice, we brought more than 1,000,000 votes to that poll above in just 2 days, don't you worry, we can do the same here too however it's not really what I want. I just wanted to remind you that the world is not composed of Armenians only. It's pretty immature to call brain washed all those who disagree with you.

I want you to know that I am forgiving every Armenian that hates me because of their loss in this tragedy, but you should remember that there were 523,000 innocent Turks killed by the Armenian mobs and their Russian buddies.

It's more than absurd trying to expect any change of the geography of Turkey. If you follow the international arena you will see that Turkey is just getting stronger and stronger. Probably it will be a better idea to find a way to make the same progress in Armenia, especially when they are still taking economical and technological support from Turkey! (the link below, don't worry, it's an Armenian website)
