also for 5 years the City Council has been authorizing young armenian associations to perform artistic shows at the eve of 23 april in the "Place de la République" :

In France we are struggling for the bill penalizing denial which was adopted by our French Hose of Representatives in 2006 but freezed by the French Senate since then.

Last Tuesday, there was a manifestation in front of the Senate in Paris.
