Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)
1] What you CAN NOT post.
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene
You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)
The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!
2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.
This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.
3] Keep the focus.
Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.
4] Behave as you would in a public location.
This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.
5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.
Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.
6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.
Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.
7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.
- PLEASE READ -
Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.
8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)
If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

My good fellow, Kharpert,
We are arguing about Genocide and Chopping of limbs of over 400’000 unarmed men, women, and children in SUDAN. It is proper to discuss such non human deeds, yet a cartoon portraying the spirit and substance of what I perceive to be the meritorious reply, you consider inappropriate?
I am an American, not Armenian, so my expressions should not bear on this Forum. It is how I see it.
PS: NO xxxx, JUST CHOCKLET FLAVORED “Starbucks” ICE CREAM. I assure you, my friend. I test it befor posting.

Hey “Godfara” elendil,
I am an American who knows you, your ways, your culture, your history, and above all the dirt in the Soul of Turkey. Your limited intellect will be offensive, if I indulge you, so I will enlighten you with the following:
You are not an American who knows us, yet knows racism against a race, against a religion, you are a loser Sue,a person who has many ideas without knowing one thing...
A Turk is like a dog that barks a lot and the only language it understands is POWER, a master, since absent of a master, it is in its' nature to violate innocent, week, children, women, and unarmed ( i.e. Turkish Genocide against Armenians)! A human will admit to his wrongs, even Nazis did, but that is a Human expectation, not Turk!
Fortunately we hold the leash of this dog.

Originally posted by ElendilI have always shown respect to forum rules, such as insulting the concept of genocide(for me claims though), insulting a nation as a whole, I also dont want to seem like teaching a moderator's work to a moderator. But for God's sake, does not this post deserve to deleted? I see no sign of intelligence, knowledge, analysis in these sentences just unbased insults to a nation.
The purpose of this forum is to insult, hate, denigrate, and attack everything related to Turkey. It is therefore not about respect or disrespect, nor about facts or fantasies. Neither is the forum about genocide recognition or whatsoever. Any forum rules, with the exception of Armenian-biased rules, can be ignored. Therefore, posting visual xxxx on the Turkish flag, as Sue did, can be tolerated, but writing these lines will probably not tolerated.
For one thing, there are also some Turkish forum members, who make the mistake of responding with curses and insults to these attacks. I do not approve of them either, because nobody should have a right to act so low, just because we are not looking at each other face-to-face.
Moreover, it is exactly what rancor-vomitters want; just check my posting # 105 on this thread, written as response to Sue. Just because I wanted to be conciliatory (not to appease her, but just because my original message was meant this way), I pointed the the misunderstanding. Having realized that I have left no room for further slurring, she stopped attacking me and started to take a 'kind' interest in you.
That amount of aggression, at least for me, is only a reason to feel sorry for these people, no matter how dastardly they insult my nation or identity. Therefore, please have tolerance for what these hatemongers do, and expect more hate, visual xxxx, cartoons, and further nonsense to come.

Neither Vogelgrippe nor majority of the Turks here ever advocated violence against Armenians or insulted Armenians or the Armenian culture. Most of the Turks in this forum never used insulting words even to respond insults from Armenians.
When you ,Reincarnated, hear the word Turk your response is to insult. Almost all of the Turkish participants of this forum advocated the preservation of Armenian heritage in Turkey but you still say Turks of this forum against anything related with Armenian culture. You also ignore the fact that anything related with Turks or Muslims almost entirely wiped off from contemporary Armenian lands. You also ignore the fact that bandits of Karabag and Tashnak are ones today attacking Turks and everything represents Turkish culture.
Just grow-up and stop repeating what you have memorized from Tashnak literature. I dont want to turn this into a personalized fight, this was just a criticism. I have seen positive comments posted by you way back. When the discussion heats up you guys start insulting and vilifying us or vice versa. I hope you wont further sacrifice your positive attitudes or potential for being friends with Turks.
This is not my style in general, I dont wanna comment like this.I also have lots to say but I know those have the potential to agitate Armenians so I refrain posting those. Anyways I hope you'll take this as a friendly criticism, nothing personal.
Originally posted by Reincarnated AmYeah you poor Turks At least we use words for attacking, unlike you, you use hatchets, knives, daggers and hammers to attack Armenians, everything represent Armenians, our culture and our heritage.

Let me tell you this: YES, I DO HATE TURKS! And I’m not hiding it! Also, I will teach my children to hate Turks. Till the day Turks admit to all the crimes and the genocide that was committed against my ancestors, and return all our stolen homes and lands, and ask for apology. SO LEARN TO DEAL WITH THAT!!!!!

Sorry for my wrong assessment that you have some positive attitudes. I was definetly wrong. I wont generalize to other members of this forum(excluding Hellektor). You also definetly reincarnated Dashnak ideology and blind hatred that drew Armenian nation into disaster for decades.
Anyways I wont generalize you to larger Armenian community. I hope other TUrks wont too.

Originally posted by KharpertExcuse me, but it's insulting that you think sue35205 represents the entire forum.
Let me still acknowledge that I read and appreciated your posting which expressed disapproval of her ways. Be aware though, that you alone do not represent the entire forum, nor the majority Armenian members either. On the contrary, and based on my readings of postings, you rather represent a thin minority.
