Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)
1] What you CAN NOT post.
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene
You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)
The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!
2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.
This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.
3] Keep the focus.
Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.
4] Behave as you would in a public location.
This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.
5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.
Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.
6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.
Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.
7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.
- PLEASE READ -
Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.
8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)
If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

Lol, if this place was to accept only those who agree with Armenians then whats the point of this discussion forum? Debate is healthy, it brings people closer together.
With Jewish people, its a bit different. I'm sure you know that Holocaust denialists are for the most part violent skinheads and neo-nazis, thats why debate is not tolerated. Also, the Jewish Holocaust was addmitted by the German government and the German people. Therefore, debating the Jewish Holocaust is pointless, it only reveals the hostile intent of the denialist.
We, on the other hand, must do everything possible to reach the Turkish people with our message. We have to do this in order for them to see that their government has not been telling them the truth. That is why men like Adom Egoyan and Andrew Goldberg are modern day Armenian heros.
I salute them.
Shalom

Hello, Parev, Shalom or what ever!
Excuse me but I don’t think you are an Armenian, I think the only thing you know about Armenians is the word “Parev” that’s all, so please stop pretending to be one and push your TARC agenda on us, Are you Friend of that Mutafian guy? Because you’re talking exactly like him.
And may I ask who stabbed your back? I’m asking this because of your username.
Could you also write some Armenian words as you were doing by writing to that David guy in Jewish or Hebrew or Yiddish whatever you people call it.
By the way this avatar is much better then the previous one, I was beginning to think you were my lost brother.
(“Shalom” “Mashlomkha” only words I know in Hebrew)

That's a good thing, we'll take all they can spare.
Now you sound just like the US State Dept. or Soros and company. We will thank you to mind your business and worry about your own stinking government and massive human rights abuses.
Tell us something we don't already know.
You already know everything. So I will not write anything anymore....
I should find out another forum where they believe Armenian and Turkish people are equal human beings and brothers. We will and should have a
dialogue.Without putting everything on to table , we are hopeless...
I look for people who have the same dreams with me , a bit romantic.
Thanks for you for tolerance upto now...
I should excuse for my unintendend insultings if there is any.(and also for my bad English)
Sorry for disturbance.
Best Wishes

I am not a butcher.
But with this hate , you are ready to become a butcher.
You Armenians are very fragile to be insulted,
But not sensitive to other side.
I am proud of the Ottomans.
Our and your grandfathers were citizen of Ottomans lived in peace together for a thousand years.I am very sorry about the incidents in WWI.Even with the existance of people like you , i have hope for the future.

Interesting points you brought up about Armenia.
Russian troops are stationed in Armenia to assist in guarding the border with Turkey. Remember, Turkey threatened to invade Armenia in 1993. Armenia chooses to have good relations with Russians knowing that even though they are far from being best friends, they are the lesser of all evils in the region and will always be involved with regional developments.
Poverty and unemployment are certainly the largest issues but gradually the situation is getting better, no thanks to the blockade from you know who.
The Elections are certainly flawed but compared to the rest of the former Soviet Union, not nearly as bad as say...Azerbaijan.
Armenians do compulsory military service.General Antranik (1865-1927): “I am not a nationalist. I recognize only one nation, the nation of the oppressed.”

As I've written so many times before. This forum is not for a debate over whether the Armenian Genocide was genocide. The point of this forum is to exchange information regarding the genocide, as a clearing house for information.General Antranik (1865-1927): “I am not a nationalist. I recognize only one nation, the nation of the oppressed.”
