For those of you who thought that I was just letting my steam go - I am sorry to disappoint you. In fact, while being silent, I was working on the Barkan's case which resulted in my letter being published by the Armenian newspaper "Voice of Armenia" (in Russian). I don't want to hear any criticism (except if it comes from my beloved bell-the cat: this individual always manages to bring a smile on my face with his/her pathetically-pointless statements). HOWEVER, I will deeply appreciate any thoughts and suggestions on the possible next move in nailing the Evil Doctor. Specially for bell-the-cat: NO, this is NOT a personal vendetta - this is how I see the justice being served. Those of you who can read Russian, please see the letter here:
