Warren Christopher has passed away. He was one of those who co-signed a letter with other former Secretaries of the State, urging the then Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi to prevent the Armenian Genocide resolution to reach the House floor.

I think we'll have to add British military historian John D. Grainger to the list. I read this article in Agos using Google Translate, and apparently his reasoning is that as long as the entire society is not eliminated then it cannot qualify as genocide.
