Re: what are you listening to ?
I saw this thread and was fascinated.
Wondering what kind of music young creative people from the States up to Wallachia are listening to.
So I started with the one of Siggie. This was the result:
And then the clip attached by Bell.
Germany seems to be a totalitarian country, at least regarding GEMA and copy-right/content issues.
Rammstein's "Amerika" is one of my favorites

Not available in my country - you can't say "xxxx you "on uk youtube, or say it on hyeclub.Originally posted by Siggie View PostLily Allen cracks me up...

I can't take her seriously, never have. I think she is a waste of space, just establishment-friendly fluffy fake rebellion, and blocking more serious artists getting the attention they deserve.
Lily Allen, expert in sarcasm-lite - all the surface fizz of real sarcasm but with none of the strength or pointedness or purpose.Last edited by bell-the-cat; 11-15-2013, 04:30 PM.Plenipotentiary meow!

Or maybe Germany does not want Germans to see how bad the products from its domestic music industry is!Originally posted by HermanGerman View PostI saw this thread and was fascinated.

Re: what are you listening to ?
Is it from ROA or the diaspora? Sounds very similar to things from Turkey, for example compare it to the Mirkelam & Kargo "Yollar" track I posted here a while ago. Suggests that there are now modernist and probably youthful sections of society in both countries that are very similar in outlook and taste. If true, an encouraging thing, I think. Yollar yollar asfalt kader. Yollar yollar beklediğim. Yollar yollar terkettiğim.Originally posted by Siggie View PostEnjoying the album this single comes from...
