I've written it long ago
I hope the lyrics won't be lousy

Since that oddly plain day,
I've seen you Daria
many times when I lay
Close my eyes and pray to Gaia (earth in greek mythology..)

Help me out, let me be
the way I wanted to see
our common love
our shared grove

Finnally, Angela,
you are my one and only
I've travelled many seas, and many countries
ANd I swear I don't want to see this
Sophia anymore, Gladiss,
you know there's only you
In my life of bliss

These are all good poems for us internet sages to poem through the pages
Since I've been counting rain drops that flop against my forehead
And trying to strike the right sound beat with my Tourette's Syndrome to then have a tune and when combined with the rain drops and my syndrome they will be a symphony of the weird playing a concerto of the unknown

The moon shined upon my window sill
As I shut my eyes, my lips and ears
There I lay my body sleeping my mind was leaping
like Tarzan swinging
I watched the silent sagas of my dreams
Walked for miles on autumn leaves
I swam in lakes made of tears
Across the furrowed land of fears
Where memories had been nothing more
Than forgotten fields of ancient lore
Only then to be washed ashore
Where I faced the silent scarecrow of my shadow
Escaped with a magic carpet powered by the summer breeze
I met nouns, adjectives, adverbs in memories
Danced together through the streets like drunken gypsies
So many things tied to the past
With chains, square-dancing together at last
With nowhere to hide and nowhere to go
Like birds hunting worms in fields of snow
Untied to the present and unknown to the future
Dreaming, like a scientist creating nuclear confusion
I placed my hands at the mouth of March
From lunch lines, kickball, handball and hopscotch
Elementary school volleyball hit my crotch
Single file line to get lunch
But I was dreaming all the while
Of another life a mile
In the memories of Emerald Isle
Of a rendezvous of questions and answers
A midnight meeting under the streetlight
By the Mafia of my mind
Between what is known and forgotten
The sexual act between what is sought and remembered
And the birth of a life history unscathed yet endangered
Making its way from the past to the present
In one motion-like crescent to my mind
Under the moon of the present which shines like it’s pregnant
still on my window sill.

My Poem

as i stare into the dark
i can feel the coldness inside
i see a small candle tinkering in the dark
trying to become a strong flame again
but the cold wind keeps blowing it down
the flame is determined but cannot shine any brighter
cannot give anymore light then it has
you can see that the wick is almost all gone
its done what it did and is ready to burn out
it knows it will never shine so bright as it had some time ago
its so sad that we will not see the bright shine of that flame anymore
but as time passes we will forget and get used to the dim lights provided by the other candles
