others just don't know what the hell is goin on

Heart first with flash kisses
Little blue electric shocks
Up the back of your neck

Heels into bed into lust
I give up the security of

We all live
We all die
But for me
I must decide whether to love or lie
before I die
I have to have the fire of my eye
Which will inspire my desire
as my heart and mind conspire
to pump blood to my body's wires
creating winds that blow and
create spiritual brushfires
turn mortals into vampires
I hope this transpires
before the sun expires
But I have
given up my circular solitary
searches of
that certain sunrise on
this somber September.
I have given up on my horizontal desires
replaced by vertical tragedies
I breath in bromides
and I release oxides
I am neither here nor there
but my echoes are everywhere
I say – enough
my quests are in a land far off
and my boat cannot travel
through the oceans trough
most of my life
I have tried to use words to converse
And weave verbal fusion
like the magic of Merlin
And grabbing the corners of moons
in an effort to reach the stars
I have only fell in between moods
counting the soul’s scars
found out that those who defied
are frozen in carbonite
And if on a somber September
the sun seeks to give advice
it will find everyone sleeping
