I still prefer RAP - the real thing - to Hip Hop - in general (but I'm old/old school - lol...) - and RAP started it all BTW - not the other way around...groups like Run DMC, Public Enemy and my favorite - Grandmaster Flash! I also like ICE-T (ever hear his heavy metal group?) - I'm ussually/always into the hard core stuff (like Motorhead...lol)...not exaclty related to RAP (or Hip Hop) - but did I ever mention that I had Henry Rollins sing happy birthday to me (on my birthday of course)...a mutual friend set it up and surprised me - my friends band was playing at my party and they had Henry show up - way cool (and I suppose it dates me as well - as this was 20 years ago!)...he stuck around for some drinks (juice?) and sat at the table with us for a bit...Comment
