Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

Bell-the-cat, shut the hell up man, you are not even Armenian, what the xxxx do you know about our struggle? Not much, so just be quiet and stop hand waving. If anyone has to practice what they preach it is you...

You are such a xxxxing hypocrite. So motherxxxxer, why do you support Israel and put them on the front page of the BBC? Why do you claim you fought in WW2 to save the xxxs? Why do you put the facade of being "morally superior" when you yourself just now admitted to looking out for your own national interest? The very action of you ridiculing Armenians and asking them to "put up or shut up" bolsters Ahmadinejad's argument, he is right and as you pointed out just now, the blood of xxxs is more valuable than the blood of non-xxxs.

And second of all, xxxxface regarding your quote ...

Your government is the reason why Iran is a "radical" state. If your government just stopped sticking their noses into the Middle-East and had let the secular socialist take power, maybe we would have had a different world. Again, the ugly truth comes out, why do you hide it? Face it, the problems of this new century stem from the English and their imperialism. At least be a man about it and fess up. You claim that we don't have backbone, xxxx you, show me yours xxxxx.

Well, I don't know the calculations made by the political think tanks in Armenia, but I don't see why they had to walk out? What was the benefit? Europeans and Americans already favor the Turks and Israel is continually behind them on the sidelines, what the hell was the point? They could have just stayed and no one would have known.

And the very idea that the victims of the Armenian genocide are treated as second class victims makes Ahmadinejad's argument even stronger. He is right, he is absolutely right, xxxish blood is worth more than Armenian blood.

Consider the parallels, have you? No, you have not and you will never consider it because all of you reading this are brainwashed into thinking that there indeed exists a "moral high ground" for the boycott when in fact it is pure theatrics to push forward interests that do not benefit Armenians nor the majority of the nations in the world. Do you guys just buy into the media coverage? Maybe, did you know that the transcript of these speeches were officially drafted and agreed upon before the event took place? No, so, what are you saying Virgil? I am saying that this was all rigged to make Ahmadinejad look like a Hitler and it worked. Do you honestly think that three pimple faced teenagers could walk into the UN (Pssst ... this is where the top leaders of the world congregate, you need a clearance to wipe your ass) and put on a show like that without being protected? Yes, they were protected and it was a set up. Half this crap is all theatrics.

When you consider the stance on the Armenian Genocide by these very same governments that boycotted the event, you will see, if you read the transcripts, that the rhetoric amounts to genocide denial. Now, I ask yourselves, if indeed the treatment of the Armenian Genocide is different, which is it, it is vastly different, it is borderline insulting, (To actually claim that "historians must address this moral argument" amounts to calling every Armenian and academic that unanimously supports what did amount to the first mass killing, Genocide, of a people in the 20th century a lier), would this not amount to racism? YES, IT WOULD, There exists no rebuttal to this, the UN is a house full of Charlatans, everyone is dirty and to make it seem like xxxs have a case for reparations and justice, while Armenians don't, only proves the Iranian president has a moral argument to define Zionism as a form of racism. Ok, so Virgil you claim that Israel does not have a right to exist? No, I claim that if Israel has a right to exist and has a right to practice Zionism then what about the Assyrians? What about the Kurds? What about the Tibetans? Why is it that the entire world has to baby and secure the future of 5 million xxxs, but ignores the plight of others? It is ridiculous to attack a man that claims that there exists favoritism in the UN with more favoritism. You see, he is not claiming that he is morally better than the west, he is only claiming that the west is not as morally superior as they claim to be. Essentially, they are supporting Israel for their own interests and he is calling them
out with the same breadth and mannerism of how the western states call out others.

Poor Virgil is in a catch-22 situation.
He is a little kid (or has the mind of one) so of course he wants to use as many f-words as often as possible. But he is frequenting a forum with word censorship. Serious discussion forums don't have such censorship, but they wouldn't want the likes of Virgil.

        Re: U.N. Anti-Racism Conference

Israel every day is committing genocide against Palestinians and labeling it as "anti-terrorism". Not giving innocent Palestinians the right to live and gunning down innocent children with their big American weapons. If Israel didn't exist, the word would be a more peaceful place. Israel is very racist too. On the tv, it was shown how many Israelis were wearing disgusting t-shirts depicting dead Palestinians. One of the t-shirts (I am not kidding) had a crosshair on a pregnant Palestinian women and the caption said something like "two kills with one shot." Now that is disgusting and sick, and while many Israeli's do that, most of the west turns their back and blinding applauds Israel for their "democratic" state and they always emphasize how vulnerable and innocent they are. Another story, an Armenian priest from Armenia that I knew went to Jerusalem and there all the Israeli kids spit on him.

We can't do everything and we believe in the distribution of tasks, so we preach and others should practice.

I agree with you in principle and your comment is not true of all Armenians.

Yeah, whatever, your behind just hurts because I am right. It is funny, you claim I am a "little kid",but I am probably older than you. Irrespective of how old I am, your claims are meaningless when you support childish tantrums like the one displayed in the UN. You don't just walk out on a debate and expect any respect. By the way, next time I use a bad word, I will make sure you are wearing ear muffs.

Generic response, Armenian XYZ comes to rescue of all Armenians by claiming that "all Armenains are not like", like what xxxxxxx? How should they be like? A jackass like yourself? I guess so. Let me extend this question to you, how should we "practice what we preach"? At least expand on this Brits comments or else don't weigh in your opinions because they are worthless.

I guess he means not all Armenians are passionate or give a damn about their country or people and would rather just fade away into oblivion.

Its a very sad case but I know the truth. Israel is ethnic cleansing Palestine slowly...look at the map of ancient Israel...that is the territory they want.

The first stage of the ethnic cleansing is what we have seen in 1940s to 1960s, weakening the Palestinians so much they can offer feeble resistance to the ethnic cleansing.

We have passed the second stage which was to strategically position Israel settlements across Palestinian land to stop the establishment of a Palestinian state.

We are now entering the third. The strike on the last remaining strongholds not ruled directly by Israel. Once Gaza and so forth are destroyed sufficiently the Israeli's can build settlements in Gaza, destroying all Palestinian hopes for a state.

The forth stage is of course to build settlement after settlement, pushing as many Palestinians out of the territory as possible, and eventually remove them totally.

The final stage will of course be Israel denying in the future that they ever ethnic cleansed the Palestinians, they will get help with this from the Armenian Genocide denial groups in Turkey.
