I have lots of Turkish friends not just from Turkey also from France...

Actually Turkey is very interesting country like people who lives in Turkey they are very different. I haven't got any problem with Turks i just mean that we have got problemes with Turkish authorities, with their Government.

The meat wrapped with grape leaves is Sarma, dolma is meat also but its not wrapped with grape leaves.

Its the same thing. But I am a Yerevantsi and my family calls it all Tolma. I hate the Tolma wraped in grape leaves and meat that you add yogurt on top. My favorite Tolma is the one that is made with grape leaves and has rice and spices inside and is wraped very small.
