So what do you think about being a vegetarian? Could and would you ever do it?

I did it for this past lent (although I'm not a christian) just to see if i could do it, and i thought it was fairly easy, i don't think i could do a vegan diet however. Anyways I've been thinking about doing it again to see if i would make it permanent, and was just wondering what you'll thought about it, and if any of you out there are vegetarian or vegan as well.


(Btw, when i say vegetarian, i mean giving up fish and poultry as well. If it's muscle, than it's meat)
