You can pretty much get them anywhere on the web. All you need is a .jpg or .gif file - one that's small enough. Or you can simply link an avatar from another site. As far as putting it in, go to the top of this page, click on User Cp, then click on Edit Options, and then scroll down to the bottom where it says "change avatar". Click on that, and then you can either provide the link, or browse in your own computer to find the file that you have saved. After doing this, click on "submit modifications". Ta-da! Hope this was somewhat helpful.
