Some of us here cram on the last day before an exam or essay or whatever, see... So we set records for these things, though they don't necessarily help us achieve a great mark.
Yesterday and today, I read the the first half of required readings in the syllabus for one of my courses (on language acquisition, which was an insightful and relevant read, given the fact that reading as an activity engages you directly in language use/comprehension. This is perhaps one of the treats of studying cognitive sciences). In total, it amounted to about 200 pages on pdf, some of the articles having two textbook pages screened per pdf page. Within the 24 hour margin, I'd say I at least covered 140 pages.
How about you? I have a hunch that some of you (I'm guessing maybe Anon or Siggie) will call this amount peanuts for 24 hours :P
