        Today was really wierd, I was on the computer & my TV turned on by itself 3 times.
        Maybe my house is haunted LOL.

                The little guy that does all the work gets paid by the hour. And if this guy is working for himself then he must not have any other jobs lined up.

                  No, because people want to contract for the job and so that's what they have to offer. People don't invite people to tear up their house without knowing ahead of time what it'll cost.

                      this is news to me. from my own personal experience it has usually been contract for the job with time and labor calculated within the price.
