I just bought LA Noire Complete Edition for PC, I get told to download the mandatory patch that REFUSES TO INSTALL, even though I reinstalled it twice to make sure. And people wonder why consumers turn to piracy?

Why is it that people don't let you change lanes on the road?

When I'm driving in the U.S., I'll let people in front of me when approaching merges just so it doesn't bottleneck traffic and people behind me will get pissed off as if I'm letting them cut in line at the amusement park. Most drivers in Canada will adjust their speed to let you in if they see you signal. There is the occasional jackass that won't let you in.
