Its one thing to fabricate or create the bones, its quite another to fool hundreds of independent research teams around the world from a wide range of disciplines over the course of several decades and for hundreds of discoveries consecutively. The sheer chance of it being a fabrication and not coming to light is so minute its not even worth giving it equal consideration. You are just trying to find any safe corner to avoid admitting something which undermines the creation story of the bible.

If you know how a pyramid scheme works and how only the people at the top need to plant the seeds and the people below will believe in their own b.s. because they profit from convincing others, you'll see how easy it is to keep the truth. You may call it fabricating evidence... I call it creating art work. Recreating old fossils with plaster to resemble a giant lizard is still a lot of work. Whether or not it's true to science or not is irrelevant as long as those in position of authority don't oppose it.
