These past few days I have been going to bed with a lot of worries or having body pain (stomach...chest...heart). Anyone can give me some advice of what I can do or take to have a night full of peace. I really don't want to go to the doctor..I mean that would be my last resort. But if anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
Thank You
Sounds like stress/indigestion.... you're probably burning yourself out. Changing your diet and eating things that are easier to digest will help but as long as you're worrying and stressing out, you're going to mess up your system. When I was working as a production supervisor, I'd wake up wanting to vomit every morning because of the stress levels. It was only a temp position during school but for the 4 months I worked in that plant, I witnessed two heart attacks. You got to be careful bro... it's probably not going to go away unless you make some changes.

Seconded. Stress is a killer (literally too, I guess...). When you can't help the stress it becomes even more important to take care of yourself.

How's it going now? Have you made any changes yet? Feeling any better?

That's the one. The gel that's formed from the hydrophilic fiber also made it a good candidate for this kind of application. The gel helped adhere the seeds to the surface.
