            when you make the khorovats and you line the big pan or whatever you put the khorovats in with lavash and you put in the khorovats and then after your done piling it you take it to the table and that lavash with the meat sauce all soaked in is unbelievable. I havent had khorovats in like 5 months i dont know what im going to do

                What is really good is that you leave the meat in the onions and salt and pepper the night before that way it penetrates into the meat giving it a nice flavor. Then when you are already making it, as you take the lavash and take the meat and slip it into the pan from the skewer, you pour some oghi on the side. You then take a dulum and eat it, then drink your oghi, right there by the BBQ. Now that is the best thing evar!
