well, good news everyone, I was at the Rite-Aid Pharmacy, and the sweet little Korean lady that looked like she might be a potentially bad driver, told me that there's this amazing new miracle treatment for cases like mine. It's called regular bathing. Maybe, just maybe, there's some hope left. I shall try this out and inform you all.
