I dont think people change, they never change only the circumstances change. People have some characteristcs and they
find out them when they face some new situations and circumsatnces. Because a person can change its character until the age 7, after that " IT'S DONE". A seven year old has a developed character. It grows up, years by years and discovers new things and reacts to those things. That reaction is not change, it's just a feature that he/she never "met" before.
-use internal values and beliefs in deciding how to behave
-act the same in most social circles
-can be relied upon for opinions as they tend to say it like they see it
-tend to be better in research and project-based work
Also, you will notice that people who are majoring/interested in the physical sciences will score towards the lower numbers, and people in Social sciences will score in the upper.
