You cannot display images from your computer. It is just like the old system. The only way to display an image is by using to link to its URL on the internet. If you want to display pictures on your computer, use PhotoBucket or something similar to host them.

If you have pictures or images saved on your computer, click on "Manage Attachements". A little box will pop that will say "Browse." You know what to do with the Browse buttong right? Click it and select the image from your computer. It will take a few second to load and then it will tell you that it has been attached. So then you just close the small window. If you click "Preview Post" it will not show your attachement in your post, but don't worry, it's there. So when you selected the image, just submit the post. OK, I think I explained it pretty well.
