Now that we know that it is highly unlikely that weapons of mass destruction are going to be found in Iraq, and now that Sadaam has been deposed and captured, all we have left is a more or less undefinable political objective. As far as I can tell, we no longer have a defined mission. That's one of the reasons why Daddy Bush didn't go into Baghdad in 1990; not only did he not have UN sanction, there was no compelling military reason to do so.

Defined mission? Occupation is gonna be over in 54 days. I bet you they'll ask us to stay after that. If they don't I'm just fine leaving them to kill each other, in a civil war. Which is what will happen if we high tail it and run now.

"We took the war blah blah blah". Look at this babbling eggplant thinking he's part of the government. The most annoying thing in the world is people who use the collective term "we", as if they are part of some nice grand ole decision making process or the military. Obviously the eggplant is a warmonger. And if the eggplant believes occupation will end in 45 days, he surely is an eggplant.

following that statement, there is nothing i can say that can possibly make u realize how hypocritical the USA, & everything it stands for, is.

this mentality of "freedom & happiness come at the expense of others"ism.. typical of the american way of thinking.. its absurd to me, but i can see how it makes total sense to americans, because they simply dont care about anything that is not in their interest, & thats totally okay & normal as far as they're concerned.

i should get out of this conversation before it gets ugly. i dont want to start making enemies with u guys over political bullsh!t.. patlajan, i completely disagree with ur opinion on the war & i can see that wont change, so i just dont wanna talk about this.

ill talk to u guys in other threads about lighter subjects..

Your thinking is nice and cute and solves no actual problems. What you want is to hide in a closet while someone breaks into your house. The cops come and hurt the guy, and then you can be against violence. How convinient. I've got no interest in hiding like a mouse. You can keep your mentality.

It's about time you showed up. I'd like to know how you will prevent voilence in your anarchist dreamland? I'm sooo curious.

Don't be an idiot, when did I say there will be no violence? In fact, anarchy is part of daily life. Government only begets more violence. Strange why you live in such a contradiction.

You need to stop being a prick like other non-Americans by grouping three hundred million people into one mentality. You forget, other than you, this thread was started by Americans and is being discussed by Americans. If you cannot understand that the government does not necessarily represent its people then stay the phuck out.

I asked what you would do to prevent it. As usualy you have no answers, only cute recycled statements about eggplants.
