Dear Diary,
I notice how it's a universal problem among Armenian youth/adults (in their 20's and maybe in their 30's as well) that parents try to control their lives, their tastes, their each and every action... I hope they would go beyond their blindness and realize that if they want to live, they will have to live their own lives, not their children's lives... I could go on about this for pages, but I think the easiest thing to do is to tell them that, although there are no guarantees that it will make any difference, since they are also deaf to their children's protests...
