Well I knew she was a nosey witch before I got married, but did not realize she wanted to control every aspect of my life. Yes, it is unfortunate that us Armenians have to go through this with our in-laws. And yes, I agree that this is the most popular subject in Armenians. But maybe in-laws should mind their own business. In my case, she has nothing better to do. I guess I would be the same way if I was at home all day doing nothing but thinking up evil stuff.

That still doesn't mean there isn't one fixed definition for "logical".

The point is.. for me "THIS" is logical,, but its not logical to the next human being, who is also a logical person... seee its becoming relative..

Well, that's perception. It's not necessarily TRUTH per se. That's what I'm trying to say. Just because different people have different opinions about something doesn't mean there is no fixed answer TRUE or FALSE. Anyhow...

Mother-in-Laws of some peoples tend be a little more "involved".

Why not just tell her in the nicest way possible to back off? Better to be honest than miserable.

Logic is not relative at all. You guys are not using that word properly. I think "rational" is more correct. Logic is based on indesputable facts being used in arguments to come to an indisputable solution. Like the way they thought you logic in algebra. If we don't agree on the facts, then there is no logic.

Now if everyone was being rational, and making different predicitions based on their belief/experience/research/whatever on the other hand we can disagree.

More on the subject. In-laws can be both irrational and illogical. You've married their baby. Love is not rational.

I didn't say not to gossip or ponder... just to keep it to themselves.
My life is mine is mine to live and my children are mine to raise. They could gossip til they were blue in the face. As long as I dont have to hear it, it's fine.
